Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Inspiron 2-in-1 laptop's performance, ease of use, and touchscreen functionality. Its lightweight design and good battery life also receive high praise, making it convenient for portability. While some users noted the fan can be noisy at times and there have been reports of hinge issues, the positive feedback on performance and usability outweighs these concerns. The ample RAM and storage are also frequently cited as positive aspects.

When I bought this it said it had windows 10 - wrong it was windows 11. Worked with Dell service and hey got it back to windows. 10. Then after about a year and a half the flimsy USB plug for power stop working. Had to spend another 60 plus dollar for other piece of junk to plug it in. This my second Dell laptop and will be my last until they figure out a better and stronger AC adapter plug in along with a better location for it.

Replaced my 9 year old Dell laptop with a smaller version. I have always been happy with Dell products. Being smaller this laptop is noisier than my old one but nothing you can’t get used to. Overall I’m very pleased with my new Dell and look forward to another 9 years!

Its a great little laptop. Not going to play a lot of high end visual games with it, but for productivity or a household laptop its great. Also the edges can be a bit sharp. Not dangerous, just something to be aware of

I am just fine with my purchase of my new Dell laptop. I am not a computer whiz by any chance of the imagination, but it appears to be a nifty little machine. The Geek Squad tech was out to help me get it connected to my printer and show me how to manage my email and my Zoom program. It will take me awhile to really get the hang of it. So my 4 stars rather that 5 is mostly about me and my relationship with this new device!

The laptop is amazing and I am so happy with my purchase. The only issue is the battery. It keeps only couple of hours, maybe 3 to 4 hours if I work consistently. Otherwise it’s very good.

I enjoy this, even though I haven't upgraded the RAM nor the SSD, yet. Yes, I can and will likely do so utilizing Team Force units, as I did on my grandchildrens' Durabook r8300's - I brought two to Win 10 and increased those RAMs to 16GB with 1TB SSDs. My only unsettled ideas are that I bought this for playing Android games, as well as Windows games. I still need to install BlueStacks 5 / 10 to enjoy using the larger screen, as a tablet. The other short idea is that there isn't a NumPad... (Oh, well, wireless, maybe?)
