This is not designed for gaming, or heavy graphics design/editing. The only downside and why is not 5 stars, is that it is a chunky laptop adhd not a thin as other models on the market.

I spent 2 days trying to figure out why my same day delivery was not being delivered. You can’t reach any person on any phone line and all reps through the online chat are clearly from another country. Not only do they All (and I conversed with several) have HORRBILE English and grammar, they only repeat the same few words “I understand you are frustrated” and “rest assured I’ll be taking care of you today” but don’t actually do a single thing to help, in any way at all. Best Buy is literally the WORST. I have never been a fan, but thought maybe an online purchase would be ok. Man, I was wrong. Please keep your $5.00 review incentive, as I will never, EVER buy from Worst Buy again. I can’t imagine you’ll be in business much longer based on the many other customers who were at your store complaining when I finally went to pick up my delivery that was never delivered. The return and compliant lines were longer than the purchase lines, Really ridiculous. I was in the store for 45 minutes, after driving 30 minutes to pick up an item that was supposed the be delivered the same day, but was not “assigned to a driver” the following day either. Why even offer a service you are not able to provide? Just go away already.

The laptop is packed with the features I was looking for and the product was ready for pickup within no time, since I was traveling out of the country within 3 days of this order I was able to pick the laptop within a day.

But, the best aspect of BestBuy is the staff. My sales person was very knowledgeable and sold me the best laptop to suit my needs. He was very helpful which is why I returned to buy three televisions and a soundbar.
