    I bought this laptop for business use a few weeks ago. I have typically purchased Dell, HP or Lenovo laptops for our company but have found that the new Dell Inspiron laptops are tough to beat. They are extremely well built and very nicely configured. Unless there is some compelling reason to upgrade to an XPS model, I'd stick with the Inspiron line of laptops. They are great general purpose machines and built to handle being carried around from place to place.

    Upon the decision to retire, purchased two laptops being that I no longer would have direct employer IT Support from company provided laptop. The obvious and only choice made was to select laptops from Best Buy with Total Tech Support. Next good move was to purchase exact same laptop for my spouse so we could really maximize the learning and resources available from Best Buy.

    I am completely satisfied with my Dell computer. Your sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the computers. He answered all my questions and recommended the Geek squad for the transfer of the info from the old computer to the new one.
