    Not the greatest laptop but it will do for a start. Battery definitely does not last as advertised, I do have to charge it everyday with only working on it for around 4 hours a day, if that much.

    I am an attorney who uses this computer solely for drafting and emails, however, I find opening apps and documents frustratingly slow. I would return but it appears I missed the 15-day return window, I thought it was 30 days.

      Windows performance Troubleshooter:
      1. Close all open windows.
      2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
      3. Click Control Panel.
      4. Click System and Security.
      5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
      6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
      7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
