Dell never disappoint me, I'll recommend it.

My previous laptop was a an older Dell 13" 2-in-1 with an 8th gen Core i7. The 11th gen i5 is certainly a big advancement over even the i7 from so long ago. I'm not doing anything challenging for the Intel Xe graphics but they are several times higher performing in gaming measures than the old system had. The keyboard has a great feel and the shell of the laptop looks premium. That said, the actual rigidity of the case isn't great. If I pick my system up from either the front left or front right corner, it clicks the track pad every time. This didn't happen on my older 7000 series laptop. Also, the power brick and USB-C charging plug all feel and look cheap and clunky. I wish there was either a barrel jack as an alternate charging method or a 2nd USB-C port. I'd say this laptop offers a strong value and it's great that devices like this and an HP Spectre 14" or other premium laptop have very little to separate them in terms of raw CPU or integrated GPU performance. But there are real differences in fit and finish as well as screen brightness and audio quality etc. If your expectations are realistic for an 800 dollar device the 512 GB SSD and Iris Xe graphics on the 5410 are great for a less expensive laptop. If you think you're getting the same quality as an XPS or Spectre you might some things lacking.

Awesome item for whatever whether it’s personal or work

Perfect 2-in-1 Laptop. I only use it for casual web surfing or to complete important things that I am unable to do on my cellphone. its got a decent screen size, and when the screen is folded back to use it as tablet, the screen is very touch sensitive and works just as well using it as a tablet.

Selected this computer to replace a machine brought in for service that could not be fixed within 30 days underTotal Tech Support. It works as expected for a mid range computer running Windows as it's not asked perform complex or memory intensive work, the base 8gig memory is sufficient. I did upgrade the storage to 528gb from the base 256gb

Works very well for my daughter in college. It has all the processing power she needs and runs very quietly while doing so. The display is also pretty good considering the price. Can't speak to the battery life as she is the one using it. But, I can only assume it's pretty good or else I would hear about it.

I recently bought a new laptop to replace my HP which was falling apart. I was looking for a smaller laptop than the 17" I previously had and the touch screen and backlit keyboard are such nice features to have. I only use this web browsing and Microsoft office work and it preforms perfectly for my needs.

Light, powerful laptop. Used as a desktop replacement for a client that had some multi-media/light gaming requirements. 512gb SSD was a real selling point at this price. Standard battery life, wish it was a bit better. Not a lot of bloatware compared to most. Chassis was sturdy switching between tablet/laptop.

I love this little laptop. It's perfect for getting everything done on my lap or at my desk. It's fast, and the color is great. I would prefer the speakers were a little louder when watching YouTube, but my wireless earbuds work great for that! Thanks Best Buy!
