Very much enjoying my Dell 2-in-1 laptop. Boots up quickly, everything I use it for is very responsive and moves quickly. I don't use it for games anything real 'busy' as I might have Word, Excel and email up at the same time and all work without a hitch. Getting used to the screen not being the 15.6 inch size I have always used. Not all websites are setup for a nonmobile device to work normal unless you use the full screen. I bought a regular power cord to have so I can use the USB-C slot for other things, especially when I take the laptop on the road to do work. Utilize a UCB-C docking station at home so I only have to plug in one thing. I was very fortunate to be able to buy it on sale at Best Buy and what a steal for that price. I bought mine online and received it a day before it was supposed to come which was a pleasant surprise as I couldn't wait to get my hands on it.

Reliable and fast. I bought this for my granddaughter since her old laptop is already giving up. It was a must for she was graduating in college. This helped a lot and she graduated with Latin Honor.

Awesome laptop! Easy to use and setup. I would recommend it for anyone using it for work or entertainment. The only thing that I have noticed from using it is that the plug to charge it can be difficult to unplug or plug in. You have to really push or pull for it to work.

Really like my new touchscreen laptop! It’s still new to me so I’m getting used to some things, but overall it’s been really great. I would recommend to others who are looking for a touch screen laptop. This is the 1st Dell I’ve owned.

Laptop is compact and very light to carry around. It has a solid feel and all the keys are sturdy. Also the fan is pretty quiet when the laptop is on. I purchase the laptop on sale which was an added bonus.

Truth in advertising, good little machine so far. I like the smaller size and versatility. Seems a little slow on the start up compared to other computers I have had but there are other factors that contribute to that.

So far so good. I got it as a gift for my mom, she needs something lightweight and with a king battery life. The tablet mode is also a nice addition. We are satisfied. I got it on Black Friday at a good price!

Works really well. It is fast and responsive for the price range. I don't get new computers very often so this is a big upgrade from my 10+ year old Sony VAIO.

Bought this laptop for my grandson to replace his last one that failed. It has a nice size screen area for a light weight 14 inch, and large keys, with plenty of storage for the price.

Walking into the store and told the guy exactly what a wanted and he handed me this item. Good price, lots of storage, and it’s extremely user friendly, never had a dell before but I’m impressed!

This is the perfect computer for students. The screen is also nice for streaming movies. It gives access to both Windows 10 and 11. With the exception of needing to update Mail, setup was not a problem.

Perfect computer for student to carry around campus. Quiet keys and touch screen is convienent. Memory capacity is suitable for school project and work usage. Easy setup.

Bought a geek squad certified open box version and love it. Keypad has a nice resistance, touchscreen responds well in all positions, biometrics are fast instead of frustrating.

Our service rep at Best Buy in Lancaster, PA Caleb was phenomenal. He was patient and allowed my wife & I to go back and forth and mull over all possible options. He was very knowledgeable and informative in the whole buying process. We were prepared to get an identical spec laptop by another brand and while we were considering our purchase he found they had two of this specific model in-stock, usually priced higher but on sale and saved us about an extra $130!! Screen, weight, and especially the "feel of the keyboard" were very important to my wife who this laptop was primarily for and she loved all of it. Satisfied with purchase

Bought this for in classroom use for the staff at my childcare center. They are very happy with it. It is just the right size and does everything they need it to do.

I have found my Dell touch screen to be very useful for everyday activities such as writing essay and other writings that I have to do in relation to my job.

The laptop is very easy to store and is very versatile. The 8GB RAM and 512 SSB is a bargain for a laptop this size. The tablet mode is very handy.
