    This product his very good on paper but I have faced issues with the Bluetooth driver. I googled and found many users are in the same boat with windows 11 on this device. Dell support couldn't find anything , re installed drivers but no luck. Stuck with this now.

    The laptop keeps making a high pitch noise that really hurts my ears and the keyboard quality compared to hp is very low.

    The first thing I noticed after unboxing and opening the laptop was that the power button wasn’t labeled. Yes, it’s also the fingerprint reader, but there should be something somewhere stating power. Incidentally, every time I open the laptop it comes on, so I never have to press it anyway. Not really something I prefer. I would rather it not turn on until I press that non identified button. Enough about the unlabeled button. Moving on. It has great battery life. I used it for 7 hours straight and it had 50% battery charge left after that time. I watched a movie on Netflix, checked email, scrolled through facebook and watched about an hour and a half of youtube tutorial videos about a wood lathe. I’m super impressed with the battery life. It’s a fast-responding machine with it s i7 processor and 16GB ram. Very Fast! I didn't do any benchmarks but I'm pleased with the speed of its multitasking and functionality. The display is beautiful and responsive, colors are vibrant, and backlight is bright. Resolution is crisp and clear, and touchscreen is precise. For the first time for me Flight sim X ran smoothly without choppiness or lag. Keyboard keys are not lit enough for my husband to see the keys. He actually had to use a flashlight. I wish it had one more USB port. These with the unmarked power button and it coming on when I open it are the reasons I dropped 1 star. Even with these exceptions so far, we’re happy with this laptop.
