    I gave this product 3, it just stopped working after 3 weeks that I bought it, I had to return it to best buy, best buy replaced it for me. No other problem until it stopped working.

    Approximately 3-4 weeks after we got this computer the hinge broke. Weeks later we still don't have the computer back because Dell can't get the part (called on July 2nd with warranty and insurance info and had to wait for them to send a box to return it to them). As of today they want to give us a refurbished computer instead of a new one!!!
