I bought this laptop computer on April 6, 2019. I was very happy with it until it began to have problems. On July 2, 2019, I took the computer back to Best Buy to the Geek Squad because there was no wireless service anymore. After the computer was sent out for service, the wireless card was replaced. I got the computer back on July 15, 2019. On August 26, 2019, I was back at the Geek Squad because the screen display went away. Again, they had to send the computer out to get fixed. After this visit to Best Buy, I called Dell and was told that because I did not take the computer to Dell to get fixed, they would do nothing. When I tried to explain that I did not live near a Dell store and was 25 minutes away from a Best Buy, I was told that it did not matter because there were Dell technicians that can do house calls. When I went to pick up the computer on September 19, 2019, the LCD had been replaced, but the computer no longer “saw” the AC adapter and could not get any power. The computer went back into repair. They stated that this would be an expedited repair, but it is still in repair almost two weeks later. When I tried to call the store to get an update on the repair status last week, I could never talk to an actual person. I was instructed to go online to check the update, which still reads, “The computer has been checked in.” So far, out of the 178 days I have owned this computer, it has been in the shop for 50. I still have no idea when it will be fixed.

Not heavy, it has the tablet function which it's good.

Light-weight. Live the lighted keyboard. Keyboard is very sensitive to the touch.
