The laptop tablet 2 in 1 is excellent and runs all of the games I currently play. The only downsides are 1) the charging cable can slip out of the computer easily and 2) it need a lot more hard drive space. However, it’s still an excellent laptop and the display is great.

My first laptop; went from a tower to Surface Pro to this, and for the price I thought this would be a pretty high end laptop, doesn't seem to be. Does most of what I want but doesn't run Adobe Photoshop very well, which is why I bought this laptop. That is why only 4 star.

I love this lap top but did have issues of them sending me the wrong one that bad service at the local best buy to return it. Since I got it figured out the lap top is powerful enough for video and picture editing great size and nice and light.

Keep having issues with the installation of software. Have problems with plug in of USB 's . Get messages of USB unplugged when it is not. Have problems with wireless mouse and have to hold the plugin to make sure good connection for mouse to work.

Great computer, big bright screen, lighted keyboard, fast ..I think this is a great buy...I would recommend this to anyone looking for a gaming or graphic pc, the processor is fast the startup is fast...only issue is it runs hot just like most pc’s now a days.

I've been getting Surface Pro's in the past but my last one started acting up in less than two years. The Dell has more ports and a smart card slot. The keyboard is clunkier but at least it comes with the computer. Love the Dell so far. Better bang for the buck than the surface products.

I needed a new computer when my Acer refused to accept a charge. This computer is vastly more powerful than my old one. I use it for editing photos, and There is little, if any, waiting for the computer to catch up with my editing moves.

After looking around for months I finally found this Lap Top and I totally love it. It’s screen is huge and the processor on it is extremely fast. Especially love the finger print log on and it boots up and shuts down faster then any computer I’ve ever had. Best purchase ever for a Lap Top!!!

I just bought this and haven't used it much. But so far it seems great. The i7 processor is very fast. I was concerned it would be too heavy since I was used to a smaller and lighter laptop, but that has not been a problem.

Great laptop for the price I paid. It provides good graphics, fast processing, and a huge 15.6" touchscreen (I also work in a 13" screen laptop!!). Due the screen size the laptop seems big but it is compensated by its thickness. In general, it is a great product.

This is a singing and dancing i7 16GB Dell machine!! It needs all drivers and all updates straight away to run properly. If you can get hold of one in 2019 and have 2 hours for updates you’ll be very pleased with the value.

Awesome laptop i got it in a crazy open box deal. I don't know why the person returned it but thanks to you. BestBuy Geek Squad were not able to resolve my OS Booting issue i contacted DELL and they resolved it like a champ. I am just enjoying this one.

This computer is exactly what I was looking for. I am in the process of writing a book and the battery life lasts a long time. At first it was a little glitchy but I purchased a geek squad plan and they take good care of it when I need to bring it in.

I’m going to forgive Dell because I bought this computer as an open box—and about five days later, the hard drive did a nosedive. I would have bought another but couldn’t afford regular retail.

For my needs this laptop is excellent. If you are regular home user - internet browsing, social media, news, email, watching some occasional videos - this is one of the best options for features, quality, and price combination.

I love this laptop, fit all my specifications that I was looking for a long time, price very reasonable because is a reliable brand, has great capabilities for a designer all the applications run smoothly, money well invested.
