I have had the laptop for about 3 months and I love it. Lots of features and mine has the extra video card which is great for my presentations. I love how it flips and use as a tablet.

Solid specs...Solid performance...A little light bleed around the edges...Overall a quality piece of equipment that will more than meet the "a little above average" user.

But when I turned it on it had a very wrong obscene folder on the home screen, It was brand new in the box. Is that a Best Buy issue or a Dell issue. I cleared it off but someone needs to double check their product

I was looking at a different brand when help from a tech savvy salesperson assisted. This Dell was a superior choice for our needs and was on sale to boot! Thanks Best Buy for coming through again and again!

It is a great laptop. I use it daily, and I have had no issues. It is easy to use, and I have enjoyed how simple it is to customize. It's a little heavy, but I'm getting used to it. I trust the Dell product line.

This laptop is amazing. The 4k panel is beautiful, it does decently well for light video editing and photoshop. I use it mostly for work. The fact that it is a 2 in 1 was a plus.

We purchased this computer for my daughter as she is an engineering major and required a computer with a compatible video for the programs she uses as school. This computer has been exactly what she needed.

Bought this computer for my nephew and bought myself a mac. Honestly wish i had kept this one fkr myself because it is the best purchase i ever made! I will be buying myself one soon!

So far this machine has been great. Very quick and screen is nice, especially being able to use it in tablet mode. Battery seems good but haven't really tested it too much. Price was good for i7 machine.

So far so good. I purchased this open box at a little over $800, it's $1,200 new. Built tough and solid. I will be using this mainly for music recording through Studio One recording software.

Very fast boot up & wake. I used to turn on my old computer, walk away, come back to log in, walk away, etc... now I power this on and I’m downloading Transactions in Quicken in seconds. Love it!

I bought this computer to replace my 4 year old Dell.. Love the ease of use.. the bigger screen size.. it comes with the pen support making it easy for me to write on documents and pictures..

This laptop was a good option to an Apple computer as it limited the learning curve for me & my husband as it is compatible to what we use at work.

The features on this are awesome. It's very comparable to HP Spectre series. Significantly cheaper. Has met all my expectations in the 1st month of ownership. Wish it had the numeric keypad.

I love that I can run many different programs at one time without my speed slowing up! This laptop has been very useful in our everyday and business life

Works great for nieces school. simple to use and very durable. I would recommend to any body whose child is doing virtual learning. Also has a good price!

Great size of portable PC, fast processor and SSD memory. Time will of course tell about the reliability of this Dell product. Love the screen and it's resolution. Price as rather high. Rowdy

Well pleased with the computer so advanced from my old one. Only change I would suggest would be a tab of some type to open. love the flat piano key board after I became accustomed to it.

Wasn't really looking to get a 2 in 1 type laptop, but this one had everything else i was looking for in a laptop. I do a bit of video editing and this does the job without a problem.

It is a really great computer if you want to use it for editing, such as photography and Videography. I would really recommend to anyone starting of as a beginner or even to a pro!
