I take care of my stuff really well and it's just disappointing that they messed it up. Besides that, I love this laptop.

All the mentioned features that I cared about including the 360 degree flip, a dell stylus, and mouse works as described. The feel is very good a windows 10 has some very good features to get you started in few mins with Cortana. Best 4K resolution and it’s not that heavy

High spec with i7 processor, 16GB memory plus dedicated graphics card. Screen resolution is outstanding and only sacrifice is shorter battery life due to the amazing display. I was supposed to get all accessories with the open box excellent but stylus was missing unfortunately. Had to buy separately.

The pros: gorgeous screen, plenty of RAM, great little SSD, 8th gen processor. The cons: it's the little things that kill this laptop. First, it's hard to type on, locating the appropriate home row keys (F&J) and beginning to type is always a frustrating proposition. But the worst thing is the network adapter. All our computers in the building connect with the Internet immediately... this one hesitates and eventually connects; it's especially bad with Google Chrome. Once it connects, it's great, but waiting and wondering... that's the headache. Unfortunately I passed the 14 day return window, so we're stuck with it. Hopefully Dell has a replacement network adapter that will work better than the one that came with the machine; maybe they'll write a better software driver... only time will tell. Get an HP, you'll be better satisfied.

We're sorry to hear about the adjustments that you've had to make with your new laptop. If you'd like to see if there's away to improve the speed of your computer, we'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
