I have been pleased with the features and performances, although it has been over 10 years since I bought a new computer, so my learning curve is steep. I appreciate having the Geek Squad!

Nice and Sharp

Speed great, the graphics are so nice and shiny. I use for many personal things, The screen is quite thin, the edges so you get a lot of screen. The Digital finger scan is also great, no issues. So I can be the only one using it. Love it. For the price.. much worth it.

Solid performance

Best Buy staff kept unit overnight and resolved all issues. The SSD makes for a quick boot and increases the overall response of the computer in CAD and photo software. The pen does not work and still don’t have that issue resolved.

good looking but!!!

I tried this laptop and returned it back. and also there were heating problems. except for those problems, it was working well.
