This computer is great and works for all my needs. Only negative thing I would say is it’s a little heavy to carry around to go places. Just use this one around the home.

Great computer. Easy to use. Should have Java included. Be cautious adding Java as you can get addware call DNS Unlocker. Cannot remove from computer. Have to reset to factory settings. But as usual, great customer service from Dell. The tablet feature is great. Wish the virtual keyboard was smaller and easier to access. Otherwise thumbs up Dell.

Great all around everyday use laptop. Name brand confidence and the touch screen is very smart. The graphics are great on this laptop.

Dell - Inspiron laptop is a truly great laptop! Very crisp graphics that allow gaming. The Intel processor works flawlessly with all my application programs including PhotoShop.

had issues at the outset with the sleep function on the computer which failed to work properly. Spent a number of days online with geek squad members and ultimately took it back to store to have it looked over by onsite technicians. Not completely sure that the issue is addressed now however, ultimately, it is a minor inconvenience to get over.

If you aren't taking your laptop with you this is a great value. Same processor but larger body. Touch screen is a great feature.

She loves this computer. I couldn't get her to switch to apple despite having the iPad and iPhone. go figure. It works for her.

I bought this to replace my 6 year old laptop that was acting up. I love this computer - lightweight, good screen visibility, very comfortable for my hands,. that is important to me since I have had 2 Carpal Tunnel Surgeries. I would recommend this computer - for office uses - I do not game nor watch movies on the computer.

I've been using it more as a desktop replacement so I don't have much time using it in mobile mode (i.e. battery life). The flip tablet mode is a cool feature. I initially thought the physical volume control was not working, but it was - with enough pressure. I would swap out the harddrive with an SSD to better the boot time. I would have given it 5 stars if it was lighter (weight wise).

The screen resolution is beautiful - what attracted me to it. Nice and light too.

Got a good price on it. First one had a bad fan, which sucked. Second one seems to be ok, but not nearly as powerful as the specs would lead you to believe.

Love this laptop due to it having the tablet features, but should have gotten the slate drive instead of the regular hard drive model due to its lag time when booting or when transferring files. Besides that this laptop is great slim and sleek. Another feature missing was the cd rom drive, so you have to buy an external if you need to upload CDs or etc for those old school users. Love the 4K resolution screen great for videos and pictures, highly recommend this laptop

I bought this 2 in 1 as I'm working on my master's degree and travel a lot. It's light weight and works great!!

bought this for my stepdaughter and she LOVES it. spends a lot of her time on it, which is a pretty good recommendation from a teenager, don't you think?

Easy to use great laptop Easy to switch between touch screen and typing

I went thru 2 of the computers in 24 hours before buying a completely different brand. The first one had major loud fan issues. It sounded like a diesel truck running, so took it back. Second one the fan worked quietly but after 10 mins on my lap it was so hot I could barely touch the bottom of it. I am happy with my Toshiba I replaced those with for same price, a bit smaller but runs really well. Dell is not what they used to be and will never try them again.

Loved the computer and happy with my overall purchase. Wish the battery life was a little bit better though.

The laptop is so light which I really liked the most, I can carry it anywhere.. I dnt have any problems with it since I bought my pc. its the first time I own dell pc, i had 2 hp before but tried this brand and it didnt fail my expectations. will definitely recommend and buy the same product again.
