I originally came in for a mac book. But when I was introduced to this dell it was all over.

This 2-in-1 laptop is very easy to use. I'm not a tech-savvy person but I even I can figure out how to operate it. I like how thin it is. I bought this laptop for myself but my husband uses it almost as much as I do; so much so that we are getting another one for him!

This laptop is an awesome replacement for my wife's previous one. We thought going smaller was good, but the 11 in. model we had just wasn't enough. BIG beautiful screen, easy to use, Windows 10 a HUGE improvement over 8. We're very satisfied with this computer!

Easy to set up, love the touch screen, and the price$

Although the laptop carries the quality you would expect from a Dell product and there are no issues associated with the hardware, I've encountered are a few frustrating quirks with Windows 10 causing more visits to the Geeks that I would have liked causing me to wish I had purchased it with a previous version of Windows..

Planned to purchase a 17" HD 2-in-1, took a glance at the open box display case and made an easy choice! The 4K display is fabulous and this laptop is lightweight and portable. I bought a 4K drone the same day and am thrilled with the combo.

Needed to update device drivers when we first got it and now it works great

Some preliminary problems with the Dell computer shutting down on it's own

I was very loyal to Toshiba in the past but due to some current issues with them I decided to try Dell as I was told it was one of the best as well. I have only had the laptop for about 2 months but so far so good. Keyboard is responsive and learning the new ways have been easy. Monitor is great.

Issues from 1st day. Problems with graphics driver - spent an hour on phone with help line and worked for a few days before intermittent issues returned. Touch pad is also overly sensitive.

It has everything I needed and its performance is just mind blowing

I have had a problem with the mouse disconnecting. I prefer to use a mouse rather than the touch screen. Email is a bit confusing. That may be the program instead of the computer. I was leery of the expanded surface in front of the keyboard, but that is working well for me.
