Works well with Windows 10.is light weight with large screen

Nice touchscreen, good performance, well built, but ultimately not comfortable to carry around unless you absolutely need a big screen on the road. But value? Much more for your bucks than any other model out there.

I researched a variety of different laptops, then went to Best Buy, where I found this one. It had everything I was looking for, was well made and had all the current technology, all at a great price. I've had it for about two weeks and it works well. Very satisfied...

The design and build quality is pretty good. the 4k resolution works well and the core I7 processer runs smooth. Had it over a month and still no problems. However I immediately exchanged the HHD for a SSD.

Purchased the Dell Inspiron because of its reliability and value. The laptop is lightweight and easily transportable. The extended battery life makes the Dell Inspiron a perfect personal laptop computer.

Being a graphic designer the processor is A+. I love the flexibility of the tablet mode is great when im showing customers their pictures and products!!!

I'm happy with the specs and the way everything works, the only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I believe the screen could a little bit be brighter since it's a UHD screen and the AC Adapter is very hard to find. Generic/Universal chargers wont work.

This is a really good computer. For the most part, it works well and where it doesn't it's not the computer's fault, it's the software manufacturer's fault (see next paragraph). It's physical size is nice (big screen w/o thick body). I like that it has 1 TB HDD, wish it were SSD, but 1 TB was more important to me than SSD. Only real disappointment I have with this computer is that some programs don't display well on the UHD ... program icons, etc. are too small to see. Some adjustments sometimes help, but not really much. However, most programs work well with the UHD, so this is a minor irritation and it's not Dell or Microsoft's issue, it's the software provider's issue.

This is my second Dell computer, I loved my first one and now continue loving my new one, great video, awesome performance for browsing and office tasks (programing and office presentations)

Own laptop less than a month. After fully charging battery.... life span less than 2 hours before recharging again. No video or gaming, just internet surfing. In repair now. Disappointing.

Good screen quality and fast processor. Can handle pretty much any usual stuff i do. The price is a little high when i got it before but its cheaper now so thats good for new buyers.

Screen is beautiful. Well built. Fast enough for casual users. First one had flickers screen so exchanged for another and has worked flawlessly. Swapped SSD in and this baby is humming!

I love the form factor. I love folding the screen back and reading it like a tablet. I read comic books on it from Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited and they are actual size and as sharp as the real thing, with better color. I fold it back and read Facebook and Twitter and news sites, too. It's also great as a laptop. My one regret is that I didn't order one with a Solid State Drive. SSD makes startup a lot faster, and I really feel the lack of it when I turn it on. But after it's up and going, it's plenty zippy enough.

Originally bought an open box version of this laptop but the video chipset kept getting a critical error and was crashing my programs. Finally went back to store and return the opened box for a brand new but still getting critical errors on the video card and cannot watch videos as the image jumps all over the screen. Bought the full service plan through Geek Squad so will attempt one more time to remote connect and see if they can fix the problem otherwise I will have to return this and try a different model computer

Does all I need for our small business - runs accounting spreadsheets and documents with good speed. Memory is sufficient for our needs.

I have really enjoyed my new two in one and learning how to use it as a tablet. Don't like Windows 10 very much. Wish the keyboard was closer to front of laptop. Had a few minor display issues which I think are Windows related.

Does what I need it to do so far. My one complaint is the font size is very small on programs like Webex and others. I adjusted font size in the control panel but with no success. I have yet to rip CDs to a hard drive. My other complaint is when I inserted a DVD to view the computer did not intuitively open a player. Subsequently I could never get to movie to play. Bummer. Next I was trying to get a word doc to print and added a printer for printing but when I get print prompts and confirm yes to print a fax message box pops up. I have yet to print a document. These are simple functions that should be easier to accomplish.
