Was looking to upgrade laptops and came across this one. Have had no issues with it. Primary use is for watching GoPro videos.

I bought one and after installing WIN 10 it promptly started dropping my WIDI signal (never an issue with 4 other laptops my family has or two tablets. Returned and tried another....it too did the same thing. The Geek Squad representative said several similar reports. Returned it and got an ASUS which has been trouble free and more features for not much more money.

I just don't understand how hard it would have been to include msata or m.2 on the motherboard so that you can have low capacity ssd for the OS and higher capacity for storage. Overall build quality and look are decent.

This laptop works good but the keyboard is a little small and there is no number pad on the right. The numbers are across the top only. My hands are large and I prefer a larger keyboard. It is OK but not perfect for me.

I am pretty happy with this laptop. It has all the features that I want besides a cd drive. I do not believe that any laptops now come with a cd drive but having to buy one on top of purchasing the laptop is a burden.

Major upgrade from Windows Vista. It's taking me some getting used to, but it's fairly simple. I love the laptop itself. Very clean lines and durable construction. Still getting to know it, but so far -so good.

The touch screen is a nice feature. I didn't like that it had no CD drive making it so I was unable to download my old programs. Now I have to buy an external CD drive.

Nice laptop. I'm getting used to not having the number pad on the side. I like the fact that I can ask Cortana questions when needed. I've had a Dell before and liked it. They have good customer service as well.

Excellent performance so far. Good for browsing and light weight office work. Throw in a SSD and this thing screams.

This is a great laptop. I'm enjoying the touch screen and how quick everything is. If I can keep everything working for a few years I'll be completely satisfied.

Bought this laptop, but immediately returned it since it crashed on me several times. Also, battery dies quickly due to the 2 in 1 4K touch screen display.

2-in-1 laptop is a great for my middle school daughter, given its low price, it is a fine option for young students and people who simply need a decent computer and are comfortable carrying it around.

Video lags too much and the display drive always crashes randomly even after updating it.

The computer was purchased for my daughter to use for college. With the Office add on, it will be a perfect computer for her. Until school starts, she primarily uses it to watch a lot of movies.

It is ok but I don't like that the keyboard is so far back. It is hard to two hand type with it that far back. It fades in and out on the internet as if it can't keep the connection constant.

When I first got this computer I like it but video driver kept crashing , after this last update from dell it is great has not crashed anymore

Works flawless lighting fast and as a tablet is awesome I even use it as a tv with the hauppauge Tv tuner and have it set up in my semi truck

For the price great 2 in1 laptop. Only drawback is the brightness of the screen changes don't know why.

I use this computer for online classes, instructional videos and soon I want to use it in its tablet mode, just not there yet. Great computer
