Brought this because I do alot of work on my computer, good speed, great graphics, nice touch screen, and convenient as a tablet also. The only con is that I'm use to having a disk drive.

I like that I could use my laptop as a tablet, it is fast and very responsive. This laptop exceeds all my needs, best computer I ever had.

the touch screen is great and makes using it easy. very happy with this great dell computer.

Bought this open box the screen is really nice but it is just very very slow for what it has in it so I ended up returning it.

Had it about 3 weeks now and I really like most everything about this 2 in 1. The graphics on the 4k are great with Netflix, etc.

In my opnion is the best laptop ever, in picture quality and fast too. I think that the battery is the only problem this lap.

Purchased this laptop as a replacement of older pc. Worked very well and as expected. Still Do not like Windows 10 but probably just need to get use to it. If needed, would purchase again. Sales person was very helpful. Do not usually Accept help from sales people but this time it proved to be very helpful to me. Thank you and would shop for and buy again if I needed a pc laptop like this

This is a fun and easy to use laptop! I bought it for my home based business and it works perfectly for what I need it for!

The lap top specifications are good but I had to exchange it for a new one (with no problem) due a loud noice of the fan

Picked this one up as a certified open box and on a weekend where the store had an additional 20% off on open box items. I had read several reviews and was satisfied it would work well for the light work do with Windows (I use a Mac 90% of the time). I was not disappointed. Be aware the 8GB RAM chip is NOT upgradable BUT I was able to replace the 1TB hard drive with an SSD with minimal effort (you can find a good video in YouTube) which made it MUCH faster and responsive. Good buy.

This performs well as a responsive and fast laptop. When you add the touch screen, it feels like a complete package.

The 4K screen resolution is very good at the price. working on the keypad can be little tiring after some time.

I'm taking a giant leap into a better level of technology. Joined Best Buy & Geek Squad for local support and education on how to use my device. I'm happy.

Had an issue with the wireless kept card dissapearing. Had to download updated drivers from dell website to correct the problem. After that, it works great.

Dell has done it again. They have made an easy to use product. I have been very pleased with all my Dell purchases.

I like my laptop but it is taking getting used to. I miss my ten keypad and my letter keys are spaced further apart so I really have to check my spelling.

It was a bit underpowered for my analytic software but has a beautiful display

The display is incredibly beautiful. For me the keys are ok, contrary to the reviews I read before buying one.

Boots slow, but other than that it is very nice. I have to swap out the HD to an SSD. It should then be fast!

Great performing laptop, had a little bit of an issue at first with Wi-Fi turned out to be a setting in the computer very easily repaired and works great
