Needed a laptop that had enough memory and power to do animation and graphic design at an affordable price.

I have owned dells and one hp going back to the last century. Good product unless you have to contact them. I purchased this unit as an open box display unit and installed off the shelf ssd for much less than list price. My two older dells do not have touch screen and the display on the new 4k is OUTSTANDING compared to them. Multi angle view is great. Would buy again at list price. Considered other brands but could not pass up this deal with standard warranty.

its my first time buying Dell laptop. Usually I prefer HP laptops but this is great one for a good price.

You would expect with a computer with these capabilities to be much more expensive. However , this is a very functional machine. I really like it.

I am an over the road trucker and was looking for a laptop with a bigger screen than my phone to watch movies and surf the net during my rare stopped time. This beauty was on sale so I snatched it up. I'm impressed with the battery life and the fact I don't need to charge it all the time. Movies look good on the 4k screen and I really like that I can flip the screen and use it like a tablet. Playing card games is much easier tapping the screen.

I really like this laptop, but it has problems with the graphic drivers.

the only caveat is to be sure to go to the Dell website and get ALL the updated drivers for it! Once you do that, you will LOVE this thing..

Read a lot of reviews before buying this one. Overall, very satisfied. Screen doesn't come on after sleeping, so i just don't put it to sleep, or just restart it. Only saw screen glitches on the first day of use, after flipping back the screen into tablet mode. None since, since i just use it like a laptop. The screen is gorgeous! Win 10 likes to sneak updates without my approval, so that's prob why screen doesn't turn on from sleep.

My laptop search has over. No issue so far, best speed and best resolution. Happy with this purchase.

4k 30p video hdmi output performed better than expected. total overall performance was as expected

Computer was easy to set up and run. Windows 10 works very well. The I7 processor is very quick.

I love all the functions of the laptop to iPad it's amazing how realist the videos look in 4k

It is a good computer for what I need to use it for. I have always found Dell computers to be very reliable and last a long time.

I thinki I made a good decision to replace my desktop Dell PC with this laptop. Though I plan to primarily use the laptop as a primary tool for my consultation practice and personal emails, and searches, some shopping, it will remain primarily a desktop. From that standpoint, the transition to Windows 10 and new Microsoft stuff and Outlook changes has been reasonably painless. Methinks I made a good decision.
