I rushed down to Best Buy in a mild panic because there was something I was working on that needed to get done. The technician was: 1) Very professional 2) Very knowledgeable 3) Very understanding. He showed me that in fact my issue was minor and off I went in a few minutes. Problem solved and a happy customer!

If you try working any large photos, it simply doesn't have enough memory. Even skype conversations without any other applications open, make the laptop heat up way too much. Disapointed.

Green hash makes all along the bottom of the screen . This sucks when the Geeks have no idea what to do to fix it.
