Love the computer! Touch screen is great for business presentation

I read the online reviews and figured that might have gotten some of the issues worked out. They did not. Wireless connection would drop after each coonectio. Also call for customer service was joke, other party was more interested in the conversation he was carrying on with his co-worker than me the customer that just spent $900 for a product that did not work.

Wonderful package ... Touchscreen and ability to use like tablet as a 2in1 gives this computer great versatility . The screen definition is superb as well as great sound. All in all it gives the user a fine combination of features that will not make it obsolete in a few years. Downside, no flash memory drive.. Probably that was why it was reduced in cost.

Graphics awesome, though had initial issues with driver. Works well...no more DVD or Ethernet port.

After initial issues with windows 10 losing wireless connectivity ( a fix taken care of by the excellent team at the best buy in sunset valley (south austin). The product seems to be working as intended no other complaints other than standard OS issues with windows 10 not currently having drivers for printers etc ( which will hopefully be remedied soon)

bought this for work. Performs good. plenty of speed and ports.

I have had no issues with using this laptop or with any of it's features. I like the back lit keyboard and the speed of the processor. It easily finds Bluetooth devices. The sound of the speaker in the computer is not great but when connected to my Bose the sound is amazing.

The laptop is just ok, no issues but one can expect a better performance at this price level...

The laptop is pretty nice, the ventilators started making sounds after half a year

I bought mine as an open box item for$600. I think for the money it's hard to beat this laptop.

It`s just so great, you can acsess by mouse or touch screen.

This computer might be good for an extreme beginner or someone who uses it very intermittently. As somebody who uses my laptop for work this machine is lacking the swiftness and efficiency that you require from a work computer. The 4k screen takes away from the CPU too much making your computer already slower than it should be. The internet card on this machine is also extremely inferior and about 10 years old. It can perform basic tasks and the touch screen is a cool feature but it takes away from the efficiency of the performance.

My fault! I should have paid closer attention. I just assumed it had a CD drive. It doesn't.

Touch is really good and screen presence makes it perfect.

It was an ok product. I am just not use to it but it was smooth a lil slow on starting up .

Despite the fact that the laptop is around 1000 dollars, the product is not worth the price. The battery is really bad. The performance is not so good as anticipated with 8 gb Ram n core i7. Only thing i like about this product is that I got this as a gift nothing else.

No disc drive. Have a lot of trouble running applications and programs without difficulty.
