People who complain about driver have to know that it's not the hardware issue. You just need to update the driver manually if needed and have no problem at all. So far excellent laptop very fast and beautiful and you can feel the quality build as well.

seems to work ok. a little slow loading up. i replaced a desktop with this item and of course i gained a lot of space at my desk and can move it around to use where ever i want tried adjusting font sized but have not figured out to make it easier to read

I purchased open box online. About delivery Best buy didn't deliver item on time and as agreed the sure post. Ultimately they end up with isle who rarely delivers packages or leave note. I collected myself from post office About product. As I started the laptop, it was making noise either fan or processor. Even if being certified by best buy. I returned d item but no more this item leftover. I ordered another laptop online Again. Same story. No delivery at all . No notice ... Again I have to collect from postal office. I feel bestbuys online delivery center is usps office itself. No use of online shopping option . Better visit shop n buy if u like

It does a lot more than what I'm using it for (emails/searches, etc) and I'm still learning about its various features and capabilities. It has excellent screen resolution for the price.

Nice laptop for good basic softwares for home based business. Great price for the laptop in this price range. No problems so far and nothing crashing. All software work well and start up is relatively fast under 20 seconds and better.

I bought this computer mainly for college, which I plan to start in the fall, but since have been using it for my work as a video editor. It has held up to the abuse of using it very hard taxing on the components with hard editing.

I tried to buy twice open box of Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 15.6 4K, both presented technical problems. And I had to listen tha I were the problem, it occured in your Best Buy 11301 W Pico Blvd!! Terrible!! So I decided for a HP notebook.

My soon was happy when I give him the laptop however just two days later as he started to use it he noted that something was wrong with some.failure. As soon as I knew it made a claim. I am still waiting to hear some news.

Great laptop for the price. Staff was very helpful in helping us pick it out. The Dell rep was there and even installed a program for us before we took it home.

I am in love with this laptop :) it wont let you down!!! I have installed over 40 games and it is still as fast when I first used the laptop. Super Happy :))

This was purchased for my husband and he has enjoyed the mobility of it. 15 inch size is perfect. He did get free WebRoot security CD but this type of laptop doesn't have a way to load a CD, so can't use it....

The picture is good and it works great except for the display failing unexpectedly. This happens at least once a day even though I don't use it in tablet mode very often. Maybe a handful of times a month.

I'm so excited to unpack my new Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. It is sleek compared to my last computer and has tons more storage! I can't wait to stream my first movie on it... The screen quality is awesome!

Slow to load even the basic office software. Even the excel templates do not fully load from time to time. Get something with a solid state hard drive.

My first time buying a Dell product and I must say that I am very happy with it. Thin, lightweight and it was very easy to set up. I was concerned about the lack of DVD drive, but I haven't missed it.

My first laptop in seven years. Quick startup and ease of use even without knowledge of windows 10 operating system. Low weight and great graphics

Great internal machine specs and bought it at a nice price. However, my son says that it freezes on him all the time. I'm not sure if it hardware or a software issue to be fair.

My daughter is using this laptop for her college work and loves the versatility. She takes notes using it as a tablet during class and types up her papers on it in laptop mode.
