Never buy open box

It was a great value not to turn down but now I see why it was returned. Got home and several errors popped up so I reset back to factory settings and it wouldn't process then. It was a TOTAL LEMON and Best Buy should have checked it more throughly before selling it again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
