Bought it and returned it withing 2 hours. The combo of a intel intergrated gpu with the 2 core i7 intel us just not a good combo to push the 4k pixels on the screen. Not enough muscle. The windows animation from tablet to laptop clearly shows the struggle on the hardware. Its like 12 fps compared to regular HD 2 in 1 laptops even the under 300$ laptops perferm better and put out over 30 fps. Even scrolling on some apps and web browser theres a clear stuttering low fps transitioning. Its plain and simple, the hardware cannot push 4k. Too bad because it was on sale for under 780$. Maybe thats the reason for the sale. Stay away from this model if you like smooth transitions.

At first I loved my laptop. It was working fine and everything was as described. I only use my laptop for school work. This laptop doesn't work! It slows down and its upgraded so many times in the middle of me finishing my school work and takes like an hour to completely configuration . It constantly freezes and takes forever to start working again! Don't buy!

Great product, love the touch screen and apps, but the screen flickers on and off very often,have taken it to get fixed and the solutions only last a few days.

I like the design, performance and worth for the price I paid for it. I liked the flip model and use it as tab.

This laptop has everything that I needed. Since it is a 4k HD laptop, there were some resolution issue with certain program such as using the VDI and I am not getting full screen and it is hard to see. Work around to this is to change to lower resolution. I am now staying with the lower resolution and it is great to have option to go up to 4k HD if needed.

The second day out of the box it started acting up. It was fine with just a few windows open, but when I had OneNote running and the internet the graphics went nuts. The whole screen was jumping around and looked as though it was vibrating.

I like this computer for the fact that i can flip it over and use it like a tablet but its EXTREMELY ANNOYING FOR THE SCREEN DRIVER TO KEEP GLITCHING AND FAILING WHILE IM DOING MY HOMEWORK. IT IS NO WHERE AT ALL WORTH IT'S PRICE AND I HOPE EVERYONE READS THE REVIEW BEFORE BUYING. I complete the "updates" like every week and the screen driver still continues to fail and crash and the screen glitches. THIS LAPTOP IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE (because they wont let me say CR*P). I cant even do my homework in peace and that is the whole purpose for this laptop. Should've went back to apple instead.

The speed are different.web:3.1GHz. But the truth just 2.5GHz. 2.6GHz

Using the same computer to type out this review. It's a solid computer. After I purchased it, I removed the hard drive that came with it and put in a SSD. It's fast and does what I need it to do. I don't do a lot of heavy computing or graphics based stuff. So far, so good.

Wifi connects at first but after a few minutes it disconnects. When you click the wifi availability on the bottom right it say "no networks are available". You then have to power on then off the computer for it to work a few more minutes then disconnects again. You then have to rinse and repeat.

First of all processes does not have 3.1GHz speed. Best Buy please do give mislead information in specification. If its happened by mistake than please update it. As most laptop have 3.1 GHz process speed in best buy.com In the first 5 hour of use, it gave me "Display Driver Stop Responding warning" 3 times, restart with problem 1 time and flicker all most ever few second. Its around above average product from Dell with high value. Not worth to for what I paid. Issue need serious consideration. I am giving back, will have to find another one.

Its one of the best value laptop out there. It has a beautiful looking display. I will be adding a SSD Hard drive. I would advice everyone to do the same to get superior performance

Great laptop. Easy to use, and very powerful and great design.

I have no complaints on speed, looks and battery life but the screen jiggles. The kind of movement that looks like the power is going out. I exchanged the laptop for the same exact make and model and the same thing happened. This shouldn't be happening on a new laptop, even old ones.

I really like this laptop. the touchscreen is easy to use as well.

Ive bought four and had take three of them back all for the same reason the screen would flicker. well the four one does it to I tried to take it back and now best buy wont take it back because I have brought the other three back. So I will never shop at best buy again.

I bought this as an open box. Worked for me, great 4K screen with Intel Core I7.

I liked the performance of the laptop. Screen looks better than many other laptops.
