out of the box the laptop was working fine however will not connect to the internet. It needs an updated driver and guess what I cannot update the driver since I cannot connect to the internet. Frustrated I try to find the Ethernet port- well guess what no Ethernet port. Not worth the frustration here: NEEDS AN ETHERNET PORT

First one I picked up had a bad CPU fan. I called Dell who told me just to return it to BestBuy, so I did. I am disappointed that I just swapped it for another one. It feels like I am using a 10 year old computer when I use this computer. It is so slow. Also, it is complete useless as a "tablet" because the battery life is horrendous. I didn't have high expectations for battery life given the size and caliber of the display, which eats up most of it, but even with the bar set relatively low, I am pretty disappointed.

I purchased one, returned it for a faulty USB port and because it seemed slow. I replaced it with the same, and it was too slow. I replaced it with a Lenovo which is fast and works great.

The first Dell I purchased from Best Buy was a lemon missing some items to run the computer. Took it back and exchanged for another one which was on sale that week for a $100 less. I am using the second one and it is working great!

Have had this laptop for 6 years now and it is still preforming perfectly! Cant ask for much more. Its a quality product.

Great laptop! I walked in and asked advice for what I needed. Great webspeed and Webcam capabilities and I got just that. The battery lasts a while too! Alot longer than any other laptop I've owned!

This is the worse lap top I ever had, my wife is really upset with me she told me to buy a Toshiba that we used to have before and got stolen. This Lap Top is really slow to boot up, it is impossible to open two video players at the same time, and when you play videos in 4K it pauses and watching videos on you tube 1080p60 is almost impossible the only good thing about this Lap Top is the touch screen it works really good.

i got this for my nephew as his high school graduation gift. he absolutely loves it and it should last him through college and beyond!

I bought this laptop as a gift to my brother in India . He is finding this laptop very good for casual home use.

Comparing to previously purchased inspiron 15 7000 (i5), for some odd reason, this computer is a lot slower despite being an i7 6500U...so instead of returning the computer, I upgrade the hard drive to SSD but again...still slow...much slower even compared to a 4 year old laptop with SSD. I haven't even installed any software yet...very frustrating..will try to format the computer and if it doesn't work, will need to return it.

This laptop has all the bells and whistles. I have had no problems with it so far.

I've had this laptop over a month now and I've kept getting the same problem. It kills me to say this because I love this laptop so much with all it's specs, but I keep getting one error: Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered. It would be an ok error since it says "recovered" but doesn't work to its best capability. I had two weeks to return it, but I think it's a little too late. This error is getting to me and I've already tried the internet techniques. Someone help D:

The 7 yr. old Dell I had at my job never failed !!

This model has a flaw in the wi fi connection, you can not connect to any wifi, only cable network. I researched in various forums and is a recurring problem and the solution was recomentada reinstall drivers. Well, I bought a laptop brand new, I think is absurd having to uninstall and install drives. Solution, returned and I will buy one of another brand. At this time Dell is out of my plans.

When the computer arrived, I used it for a couple of hours to set it up, download Office 365 and emails, transfer some photos over from the computer I was replacing, etc. I sat down less than 12 hours later to finish transferring photos and documents and the computer will not power up. It is a brick. To be fair, the return process with Best Buy was a breeze, so this is not a complaint against them. Dell's product quality has been steadily declining for years.

Product wise no complaints but registering the warranty is terrible. It is almost 2 weeks and still not able to register the product.
