This laptop is very thin and light. Performance is good so far. However, when buying this laptop I did notice that there is a permanent battery in place. Battery life is ok at 5 hours. Would hhave been nice to be abe to switch to a backup battery.

Great laptop, My only complaints are that I wish it had a numeric keyboard - there is room (probably trying to look like a macbook - boo) and the battery life isn't great. The RAM is upgradable which is great as opposed to Lenovo or HP or others.

Windows OS had problems with certain websites, the display driver would stop working and the internet browser would close. After completing all Windows Updates which took about 2 hours the problem seems to be resolved. The computers noise level is relatively high. The biggest problem I came across is the AC adapter was easily bent and stopped working, had to be replaced (which was a ridiculous ordeal in of itself dealing with Geek Squad and Parts Store). The speed of the computer is ok, touch screen works well. Would not recommend computer for video editing, gaming or other high end functions. Works fine for average tasks requiring moderate computing power.

The new features on this camera makes being a photographer more enjoyable.

This laptop works great. Plenty of power for my needs and great screen.

Nice computer, the screen is really good, processor is good, could have more RAM, but it's ok. The mouse pad should be improved. But overall, for the price you pay, the device is great!!

Everyone should only buy and use Dells. It works so smooth and clean.

The screen on this laptop is its best feature. It looks amazing, but for anyone wanting to use this as their everyday device, it may be too sluggish. If the memory could be doubled to 16GB, and the drive switched for a SSD the device would be much better. One other issue with the device, is that some programs do not scale well with the 4k screen, even if the resolution is lowered. Some of the window icons (close, minimize, maximize) are extremely small on some applications. Though this is not the fault of the laptop or screen, just be aware that not all software has been updated to scale accordingly to the screen resolution.

I was really excited to get this laptop. It was an open box. After getting home I have discovered it came without a product key for Windows. The included game application is constantly freezing up. The video driver keeps having issues and resetting. I am pretty disappointed due to the issues.

Recently purchased this laptop for school and I love it! Great screen and does everything I want when I want. Highly recommended!

This is a great laptop. The 4K is amazing. And I definitely like the dual use. However it does take a little while to boot up and the battery doesn't last very long at all. On the contrary I would recommend this computer.

I bought this for my property management business. I was stunned when my it guy was transferring my programs from the old computer. There was no disc drive. I had to purchase one to plug into this computer to add software to the computer. I am seriously disappointed in it.

We may have been in the right place at the time. The salesman asked if would consider purchasing a returned 2 in 1 Dell. There was a significant price drop as an incentive. So far all has gone well with this unit.

This computer / tablet is incredible with Windows 10! Takes a little time getting used to the new format but like anything new, once you learn and use all the features, it is sleek, beautiful, and powerful!
