Technician was knowledgeable, but seemed to be impatient and rushed. I found a couple of things after he left that he didn’t do, or did halfway. Had to ask him to wrap up the cords and hide them away, He didn’t really clean up the mess that was made (not a bunch of stuff but little things like twist ties and paper) and seemed to be just generally distracted and / or preoccupied. The scheduling process is also a complete nightmare. I love Geek Squad and have used them for everything from mounting TVs, installing components, and this most recent time installing and putting together in my name laptop/printer In my home office. Best Buy should work on trying to streamline its process, especially for folks that have total tech.

Great value for what you get! I was a little disappointed that the first one of these I bought had to be returned due to a fatal error, but the current one I have works great! Every company is entitled to a faulty product. But for 1TB of memory and 16GB of RAM for less than $1500 I'm very pleased with the performance.

I am certain that my experience with my new laptop will serve a great benefit for school and or work from home needs as I continue the use of my laptop. I am enjoying the many benefits, the webcam comes in handy for communicating with employers virtually.

This was purchased for my daughter for college. It’s lighter weight than I expected which I was glad about. The active pen has great connection. My daughter loved that it attaches to the computer so it won’t be lost. The lens for the webcam can be closed which is nice. The computer starts up fast and has a very solid feel.

The laptop looks good and you can't find anything comparable without paying at least 500 dollars more. A lightweight machine for 15-inch size laptop. The 2 in 1 function is great with the included pen and a magnetically attached pen garage to carry it around, Dell should make it a standard for future models!

The computer itself is great. It runs smoothly, the display is crisp and clean, the touch screen is accurate, and when using it as a tablet, with the included stylus, it opens the door for many possibilities. It also has some cool preinstalled apps on it that are useful if using the computer for school.

The solid state drive in this computer has made all the difference! It is responsive! It loads web pages far faster! It's just plain FAST! The price was quite a bit higher than I usually pay for a laptop, but the SSD really appealed to me, so I went ahead and bought it. I am HAPPY I did!!

Just bought this computer to replace an old laptop. The display is very crisp and colors appear to be very accurate based on my photos. I love the solid state drive and Thunderbolt 3 Type-c port. Transferring files was so fast. I’ve only had this computer for a few days, but so far I love it!

This is a top-of-the-line computer that was a great value for an open box at half the price. The screen is vivid and the keyboard is spectacular with a great feel and response for fast typers. The build is also solid and should last a long time without being outdated.

I love this machine. I have no complaints after a year. The stylus as well as the 2 in 1 aspect for the price is amazing. I bought this after my MS Surface blew up. This machine is powerful enougg to play games as well as all my office needs. Get it!

I purchased this laptop but ended up returning it because i found it to be too heavy to carry around. I also wasnt a big fan of the interface. However, performance wise it was fine. It just seemed too bulky for my use.
