i'm just bougt this computer and all i can see is excelent, for that i will rate whit 5 star, but the pencil doesn't work, i had try erverything and nothing, it doesn't turn on, and for that i'll take one star out.

Absolutely love this laptop! Incredible price and has 4k monitor. I picked it up for $700 open box in perfect condition. Love that its convertible and also comes with bluetooth stylus. specs are top of the line. I love it!!!!1

I have had this dell for about 3 weeks now and it has been flawless. Still have not used all of its features. Windows 10 has been a problem at times, but nothing to do with the laptop itself. If you can get this on sale jump in you will not be sorry.

Computer starts up rapidly. It has a sharp display. Response is rapid; has lots of memory. It is not for serious gamers but excellent for general home computing. I am very impressed that the stylus charges externally from a slot in the keyboard.

I haven't had this for long, but it is already probably the best laptop I've ever used. It has so many features and shortcuts with the pen, the screen quality is great, it runs smoothly and fast, and the battery stays charged for quite awhile.

I bought this to replace my old HP laptop. I needed something that would run Adobe software without problems for my college classes and this laptop works great for that. I have yet to run into any problems.

My wife and I bought one each, and we both love it. We also bought Dell docking stations so we can plug into monitors, internet, printers, etc, (replaces a desktop) and then easily undock to use as a regular laptop in other areas.

I bought this laptop for college and it really does great at what I need it to do. The only thing I don’t like is when I try to draw on the screen using word document sometimes it is very frustrating, besides that it works great.

Needed a new laptop for work. Daryl White hooked me up with both an appt. with the computer reps and also with the Geek Squad. This was 3 weeks ago. Totally satisfied with the recommendation for the Dell laptop I purchased.

I’m an ASUS fan and I tried this Dell for the first time. I must say that I am very pleased with its performance and it’s additional amenities such as Dell Connect and the antivirus protection package it comes along with!

Having issues with it a year later. The mouse skips around, I have times where the screen freezes. Going to have to bring it in for a diagnostic.

I love this computer the only draw back I'd have to give it is comparing my new 15.6" keyboard to my older 17" keyboard I can definately feel the difference but these big hands may also play a factor.

Great specs and decent price. However almost had to return it because the wifi could not hold a connection. Manually installed new drivers and so far it is holding ok.

I like everything about it so far. Especially the pen

I so happy i purchased this computer. I do a lot of filming and photography which most of the time need editing. Well this computer has all the bells and whistles to accommodate anything your attempting to do.

PC has everything I was looking for at the right price (When purchased on sale). Great screen, resolution, touch, 4k, large HDD and many more high powered features for a reasonable price. Way to go Dell!

Laptop is very easy to set up, and works perfect for everything i have to do on it. I would recomend it for anybody in school looking for a affordable laptop.

Great boot times, runs all the application software I need it to handle with a constant RDP session running over VPN to WFH as so many of us are these days.

Very happy with my purchase. Power, speed, storage capacity, screen quality, touch screen all as good as advertised or better. No regrets purchase.

This lop top has truly saved my work!!! My work computer crashed and I needed a computer that would sustained all the programs that I use, including a good audio and video. This one had it all!
