I needed help even though I'm a techie myself. I don't know everything and the fellow from the GEEK Squad was exceptional. He was pleasant. He was extremely knowledgable. He was able to help me.

Great! We got this computer for my son going to college. The staff associated was super helpful in making our choice and answering all of our questions. He uses this daily and loves it.

I got this for my daughter. She loves this PC. Nothing bad to say about it. Been working just fine since we got it. Would recommend it.

I absolutely love this computer. The sound quality is awesome, and the screen is just the right size. I also love the stylus that comes with it, makes it really easy to write notes for school.

The computer worked perfectly for 12 days and on the 13th day after being on for 2 hours everything froze up while downloading a windows update. The cursor would not respond, the icons on the screen would not respond, the power could not be shut off even manually, the fan kept running constantly, no programs could be accessed, and the computer was so hot that I burned my hand slightly touching it. I took it back to Best Buy while it was running because it wouldn't shut off. The store's techs could not get it to respond to any touch or clicks on the touchpad either. The touchpad was unresponsive too. I did get a full refund for the price of the computer. I am so disappointed because for the price of this computer it should have worked for more than 13 days. I think Dell is not manufacturing computers with quality parts and components any longer and I sill need a new computer but I won't be buying a Dell computer. I will buy one from Best Buy though because they were so cooperative in returning my money that I paid for this faulty computer.

We bought for our son for college. I’ll withhold 5th star for now. It’s much lighter than the previous year’s model. Worry about it’s durability.

This thing is great, don’t expect to be all that powerful to game and stream at the same time but still great for light stuff. Sometimes the Bluetooth driver is removed for some reason tho.

I upgraded to this Dell computer and I love it. I was going back and forth of whether I wanted the Apple Mac or this dell and for what I will be using it for this ended up being perfect!

If I'm watching videos on YouTube, looking at pictures, checking email or writing and editing documents... every thing is crystal clear and well defined. This laptop is worth every cent!

I love my Dell laptop. The mouse pad is a bit sensitive so at times it skips what I’m typing and that can be frustrating otherwise it is a great computer

Great computer for fashion design. Had an issue with microphone, but contacted the geek squad and they were able to correct the issue.

The i7 is a very good core, the speed of the processor is incredible and the 4k screen is very handy for incredible resolution. The price is a bit steep but overall great computer!

Very nice laptop. I recommend, but for me I decided to return it and keep the XPS. But if you can't pay for an XPS this is a good choice.

It's been great so far, just a little concerned about the fan constantly running and the cooling being on the bottom of the unit and no way to breath when it's on desk or table.

Was very difficult to get the right laptop for us but the manager was great in making sure we were happy with what we got. Thanks.

Does a great job for me and I am not a gamer so I had never used it for playing any sort of games but for other stuff like multie tasking and stuff it works perfectly

Very compatible with my classes and easy to use. As an engineer student, the software and graphics are perfect for my workload

This is a great computer. Little heavy but very thin with a great screen, speakers and processor. Does multiple things at once without getting slow. Very happy with it

I’ve used it twice already to Zoom piano lessons, and Pilates workouts. So obviously it is easy to move to different locations in my house, and its light as a feather.
