I re-ordered the same and will return the defective one I have. It has great features, love the pen pocket and the sliding thing to hide camera. Also great design and style. Here are the problems I faced: (1) On the first 5 days of use, my touch pad sinked on one side and got slightly elevated on the other, causing the cursor to ocassionally "freeze". I am very careful with all my personal belongings so I don't think the way I am using it caused this. (2) On the first week I noticed that the transformer does a sparking noise after it charges for 20-30 minutes and it becomes warm. They told me this is a potential fire hazard and to not use it. I charge it with intervals of 10-15 minutes. (3) After 15 days of use, the left arrow on the keyboard got slightly sinked. I never faced problems with any new device but this one comes up with something new every week. I really hope that my new one is good, took a little more trust in Dell to re-order it.

Have not had a lot of time to spend with this computer. Could not find much on-line to help wiith set up and no booklet. Confusing. Some info scattered over computer but nothing concise I could find. May like it better when I can sit down and conncentrate on what I am doing.
