5 star laptop! I really do enjoy all the features and ease of use of this product

I can not find one thing to complain about and that unusual for me! Shipped and arrived when scheduled to. Setup was breeze.

I like it, functions great, many apps to assist you and the whole system process makes this computer fast and efficient.

The computer was pretty good (although it ran quite hot and the fan seemed to be blasting all the time), however right out of the box the touch screen didn’t work on most of the screen. I brought it to the geek squad and was told that unfortunately they could not fix it on site and it would have to be sent out for repair, and would take 2-4 weeks to get back. I ended up returning it, though the geek squad had to bend the rules to allow me to do this. It turns out that Best Buy has a 2 week return window, and that window starts on the day of purchase, regardless of how long it takes for the product to arrive (if purchased online). It took 5 days for the computer to arrive, and although I brought it in within the two weeks of it arriving, it was just past two weeks of purchase. Seems like an awful policy to me, but I was grateful that the team members were understanding and helped me out.

It is a great laptop. The quality is great. The fingerprint feature comes in handy.

I absolutely love everything about this laptop. High definition and the laptop to notebook feature is a plus.
