Should have bought the HP

We had an Asus for 8 years and never one issue at all it is just a little slow and we thought we were pushing our luck so decided to pull the trigger on another laptop. Home use only and the only additional program on it is Microsoft 365. and Turbo Tax. I have had an issue with it locking up a few times and now it wont even turn on. Started to take the back off to pull the battery and one of the screws is stripped out....so I have an appointment with the Geek Squad tomorrow to see if they can get me back in business. I should have bought the HP I was looking at for $200 less.
