Traded my old computer in for this one. My new computer runs amazingly and without issue.

It has been working great for our kids online activities. Not too big and easy to use.

I love this computer it works great and the touch screen is on point. The image is also very crisp and nice to look at.

I bought this with the recommendation from the employee who stated it would definitely be able to handle doing multiple things or to run my digital sublimation business which requires using photo editing software. If i use some programs like Inkscape, it uses too much memory and crashes. Using Photo Affinity has been much better. A few months ago, it began shutting down and restarting its self and was unable to finish so i would find it with its annoying message telling me this. Mostly a software issue but everything i do has lag time even if it's just opening a folder. It's just slow. The most annoying thing is I'll be typing and it just decides to move the mouse on its own so I'll have to click the mouse back to my intended typing area. If i do get into doing much typing, I'll definitely have to get something else cause i want to keep my sanity. I did take it in and expected Geek Squad would reload windows but they didn't. They just let it update.

It's blazing fast! The one thing I don't like is the battery life. A full charge gets you only about 4-5 hrs max.

A good computer for the price. Still getting acquainted with all the features.

The computer was great. Best Buys backing of the products they sell extremely disappointing and irritating enough that I took the computer back and got my money. The idea that I should pay an additional charge to resolve an issue with the products they sold me and wouldn't work right is unacceptable. The person that processed my return didn't even ask why I was returning it. There are other places that sell computers and electronics, so no more Best Buy!

I am able to open up my lap top and get to work right away. My old DELL was quite slow after years of use.

I have found this laptop to boot quickly, operate smoothly. Like the touchscreen and illuminated keyboard.

How can I say anything but how excellent this computer is! I spent nearly a month revisiting the website and comparing it with others on eBay and other electronic stores and then I even thought it over and over. And after I had finally figured it out and picked it this one, I still took a week watching them come and go oh my God I was obsessed and now the obsession has ended this was the one that I wanted and I got it. Thank you Best buy.

Only had it for a few days and I'm definitely impressed. I need it for work, and I run powerful graphic apps all day. It runs the apps just fine, though I'd be willing to pay for more RAM if it was offered on this model. It comes with a pen, and the tablet mode is great. Side from the shipping fiasco I had to deal with to get it, I'm happy with the purchase.

It's ok. Bought this for business. The screen is good. I've had an intermittent issue with the touchpad not working. I've tried numerous fixes, but the issue persists. The workaround is to always use a mouse which kills mobility somewhat.

Back in August, I tested my Toshiba Satellite laptop and couldn’t use Microsoft Office on it. I had that laptop for 8 years since high school and it was outdated. I made up my mind and went to Best Buy to buy a new laptop. Luckily, I picked the new Dell laptop and had it delivered. After testing my new laptop out for the DC MBSYEP, it worked well above and beyond my expectations, especially now I can finally use Microsoft Office.

Easy to use and has everything and more than I need in a computer. I am so happy with this purchase!

very fast computer, loads up quickly. Face recognition picks up your face quickly and logs you in

its perfect for me when I use my art studio and is smooth when using the pin on the touch screen.

Been great so far no issue great graphics and processor. I like the tablet portion of the computer
