Awesome computer for the money. SSD storage is the best. Has a 3.1 USB as well. The facial recognition logon is cool. Have been having some issues with the screen acting out. Need to take it in to be looked at!

If you need a laptop for school, general browsing, or even watching videos, then here you go. Its not for "hardcore" gaming/HD graphics so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't the laptop for you. Its an awesome machine! But it's more for browsing, typing essays, watching youtube, etc. And yes some games can be played on it but just keep in mind the graphics card isn't that good. Meaning, something like Destiny or Call of Duty probably isn't going to be that great. I knew what I was buying so I'm giving it 5 stars! Perfect for what I was needing!

I like this model.“Designed by Dell” means more than it used to, thanks to the XPS line’s consistently high praise from critics and users. The Inspiron line has never inspired quite the same devotion.

I love my new laptop. It has everything I need for business and personal use. It's also very light making it easy to use while watching TV or doing something else. A good product at a good price.

I'm using this computer for college and it's a really good computer. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted it but it's pretty cool. The only thing is that price is a bit up there but it's worth it.

Enjoy the Fast speed and am getting use to Windows 10. The salesman that helped me did an excellent job helping me find the appropriate computer for my use. The salemen are very knowledgeable.

there's problems with the touchpad and there's no number keypad. Sometimes the left click part of the touchpad gets sticky so I had to tap it a couple times to unstick it. Everytime I type with a keyboard, the mouse interferes so I end up with random clicks. The touchpad does not disable automatically whenever I attach an external mouse so I had to disable it manually. The specs of the laptop is good overall despite the problems. A solid performance SSD (M.2), an Intel Core i5 processor, and dual-band Wi-Fi. Good for me since I use it for school.

Meets all of my students needs. Great battery life, can be used as a tablet. Only drawback is where the on off button is, we hit it by mistake a lot as it's on the side of the device.

I bought this laptop because I was entering nursing school and it was a great choice! Very easy to use and love that it is a 2 in 1. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

This is a refurbished laptop but it looks brand new and was easy to configure and load all of the software. It has worked great!

I won't buy another computer with the traditional hard drive. Solid state is the way to go and it takes this computer all of about 5 seconds to boot up and be ready to go.

I've had great luck with this device and takes care of all the needs that I have it seems durable and powerful enough to I replaced my desktop so I'm very please with it

I bought this for my 10 yr old daughter. She mostly uses it for YouTube, Pinterest and journals. So far I cannot complain. I think for the price, it was a great choice.

very fast startup due to solid state drive. Illuminated keypad really helps for working in my sunroom before sun up and after sun down without turning on room lights.
