Needed a new laptop for college that was powerful and affordable. The laptop was much more than I expected and with best buy student discounts made it even better.

This computer awesome. I love the touchscreen and Windows 10 is really easy to use. I almost bought a Mac, but I'm glad I got this Dell. Get it you won't regret it.

This laptop is awesome! Love the solid state drive! Super fast start up's and computer stays cool during use! Very good sound package! Definitely a great machine!

This laptop gave me everything I needed to use for my college education and my full time job. I use the laptop on the go and convert to desktop use when at home.

Although I had to exchange it as the 1st one I bought had a pixel out, that one & this one are great devices. It has everything I wanted in a device & then some.

This is a full featured device that is very light weight and I love the back lit key board. The battery holds up much better than my previous computer battery.

I have only had this laptop for a short period but seems to be just what I needed. No problems except using my printer but I anticipate that will be resolved.

The speed of this computer is fast and I haven't had a problem toggling between several different screens. I love the fact that you can turn it into a tablet.

Really not much to complain about. Performance is great, image is great, and sound too. All good. Two little things. On/off button position and 2 USB only.

I got this lab top for school. It works great and can even play some of the games I like to play. I would recommend this labtop as an all around good labtop

The dell laptop is fast and easy to open new programs. Windows 10 works effectively but the mouse (which I prefer) jumps around on the screen too easilty.

It's been a few years since I purchased a lap top. Really like this one. Dell is great quality with lots of new functions. Easy to use and looks great too!

Touchscreen makes it easy to read news and show photos to family. Very quiet and user friendly. Facial recognition works great for logging on laptop.

A lot more computer than I probably needed but I love it. Easy to use so far. Still haven't figured out everything it does yet. Love the touch screen.

Bought this for web surfing and school use, I couldn't be happier. Easy set up and even easier to use. I love the touch screen and the tablet factor!

I'm not a techy, I just needed a new laptop for basic computer needs (email, word, photos, Facebook, etc). And this laptop is fantastic for my needs.

Too much annoying stuff when you first log on. Too many messages from computer. Like size and battery life. Works great for my uses aside from above.

I was having trouble downloading a editing program on my old desktop. Time to get a new laptop with plenty of bells and whistles. This HP is awesome.

Love this laptop I went from a surface to this and it's been amazing. I'm a college student so this has been the best for all of my college needs.

Seems like a nice laptop. I like the backlit keyboard. I had purchased an open box Lenovo prior to this one but did not like it for several reasons and ended up taking it back and getting this Dell instead. Havent had any issues except for trying to learn Windows 10 which isn't exactly an intuitive operating system. I have no idea why anybody would feel it was an improvement over earlier versions. That isn't the fault of Dell however so I can't really hold it against the item itself. Other than the Windows 10 I would have to say I would buy it again.
