Fast and clear. The computer was shown to us by your employee in a very comfortable atmosphere. He was very knowledgeable in this line of computers.

The computer has a nice, solid feel. The i5 and SSD make this computer incredibly fast. This computer is hard to beat in it's comparable market.

Purchased for my son for college, he has had no problems and loves it. Luckily I have not had to play tech support at all since he left the house!

The laptop looks and feel nice. I have always had a good experience with Dell computers. The SSD makes up for a one-generation-old processor.

As the headline reads - I had bought this device for school mostly. I also use it to watch Netflix and listen to music. Overall, it is a step up from my 5 year old device I used to have. I also have a Chromebook that I had used for school but it was a hassle to use the internet version of office every time. This way, I can do homework when I am away from WiFi as well. Full office is awesome. The only downside is that there is no 10 key on this device, but not a big deal. Especially since I bought it for OB for $300!

Best Buy offers the top of the line products for the greatest value. Their tech team was very helpful getting everything on my laptop!

I really like this machine. I like the large screen. I like the backlit keyboard. I like that I can use it as either a laptop or a tablet. I am admittedly an old school desktop guy. I thought I would like this 2-in-1 for checking fantasy football scores during the season. But, I am actually using it for much more than that. And, I'm alternating between using the laptop setup and the tablet setup. This machine was easy to setup - and is easy to use. The memory is more than adequate, and the speed is fine. No complaints. Highly recommended!

This is a nice, lightweight laptop for a college student. The college student discount was an added bonus. My daughter is very happy with it.

Would have gotten 4 stars but one of the hinges bent when I folded it over to use as a tablet. Very fast laptop. Have been pleased thus far.

Good computer for the price. This was for my niece and she loves it. She mainly uses it for email and social media.

i really like the laptop just wish the keypad asnt so big so that it wouldn't suddenly make pages smaller when I was trying to type papers

Good computer for anyone. Love the touchscreen option. Screen is bright and boots up quickly. Battery power does not last very long though.

In the few weeks I've had the computer, it's been working well for all my office needs of Excel, Word and other work related programs.

Awesome PC/tablet, there are so many outstanding programs on this PC, I am still exploring the possibilities. Best purchase ever.

Used primarily for work. Quick start up, smooth operation, slim and light for carrying around. Really enjoy this laptop.
