After some one stolen my last dell I went and bought the same one that I had before, I just love how it preforms

Still figuring it out, but the touch screen is cool and Windows 10 wasn't as confusing as I thought it would be.

I am not super techy and I needed a computer for school. This computer is easy to use and has some cool features.

Laptop boots quick (with solid state drive). Not sure I needed the security software different than Norton.

I have been a fan of Dell since I purchased my first laptop that lasted 9 years. Dell has come a long way...down. This computer has specs much better than my first Dell computer (obviously), but it randomly freezes. This should not happen with a computer that it less than a year old. This issue has been happening randomly since about a month after I purchased the laptop. A couple of months ago, the computer stopped charging, so I contacted Dell technical support and sent it to them for repair under the manufacturer's warranty. The solution: they replaced the screen... What? It took a month for them to replace the screen...which apparently allows the laptop to charge. Odd. The computer charges now, but the random freezing still occurs. Very frustrating when I have a few applications open (not heavy applications - Word, Chrome, etc.) and it freezes and loses my info. I read the reviews saying it did this, but thought they were from competitors trying to sabotage Dell (HAHAHA). Nope. Joke's on me, and everyone else who decided to ignore those reviews and buy this laptop. I probably won't be buying another Dell because of this laptop. Not sure what other brand I'll go to, but this has been a disappointment.

Love it. It's really cool that you can also use it as a tablet. Touch screen is very convenient
