So first thing is this computer is amazingly fast. My old laptop would take 2 to 3 minutes sometimes longer to turn on, and the SSD in this one takes only 10 seconds. The 2 in 1 tablet mode is awesome, the backlit key is really nice. Its just an amazingly fast and reliable computer for a great price, doesn't even break 700

I bought this for college and I already love it. I love how it turns into a tablet and the speed of the computer is very fast. The design of the computer is very beautiful and I love the brush stroke finish on the chrome.

This purchase has been the purchase of the year for me. I got a deal on 'open box'. This machine replaced a laptop purchased in 2009 that was running slow after being upgraded automatically (thanks Microsoft) to Windows 10. After a lot of research we bought this machine. It is fast and there was almost no bloatware. The SSD is worth it; it boots in a few seconds; the whole thing is very thin. The touchscreen function works fine. y main dislikes about the built-in keyboard configuration are that to do PgDn, PgUp, Home, End, I have to press 2 keys on 2 different hands which are basic navigation keys. The screen brightness and clarity are as good as I need.Overall, very satisfied with the product.

I really like the touch screen and the fact it is slim. I haven't taken it anywhere but it would be great to travel with it since it's light and thin. It has a good screen size and it's fast.

Being a recent graduate, I decided to buy myself a laptop with all the graduation money I received. It was hard to decide if I should spend more money on an Apple product or if I should stick with a Dell. I came to the conclusion that my dell lasted me more than six years so I decided to give it another chance and I do not regret it. The tablet mode it makes my life so much more easier screen is phenomenally large. Everything is just much more easier to use than my old laptop and then from a Mac. This is what I love about my computer. It's customizable, it's interactive, and has really cool features that I have grown to appreciate.

I purchased this for my son who is in high school. It's exactly what he needs to do his school work. Lightweight, easy to carry or store. Good speed and performance. Easy to use.

We purchased this Dell Inspirion 2-in-1 laptop/tablet to replace an aging Asus laptop. This one was much faster and had a larger screen, however it kept freezing up. Fortunately, after a trip to Geek Squad the freezing problem was fixed.. I am a touch typist and type around 80 wpm. This laptop/tablet would not keep up with my typing speed leaving out multiple letters in a line of type. A Dell tech on-line tried to work on the problem but the issue never was able to be corrected. The unit was returned and a desktop Dell was purchased. If you're not a speed typist this is a great unit.

I was looking for a replacement for my six year old computer that quit working. My husband and I spent hours comparing features and learning about the significant advances that have occurred in the past six years. This computer is the best match for my specific applications. I am amazed and pleased with the speed, convenience, and versatility of the laptop. The backlit keyboard is great, and I can spend several hours on line before the battery needs to be charged.

Pros 1) design 2) build quality 3) processor Cons 1) speakers - i would buy Bluetooth speakers or headphones 2) size - it's big for a 15 incher

2 in 1 touch with already installed Ssd, good amout of ram. Could've used a longer lasting battery, but four hours is enough before it's time to get up

The battery lasts for long periods of time. My husband I use it for school frequently, and our daughter uses it daily for her online lessons. The touch screen allows for her to navigate the games quickly and efficiently. The only down side would be that one of the keys popped off the day after we purchased. Best Buy wouldn't allow us to return or exchange it. Stated that it was "accidental damage". The computer is still fully functional, so not too worried about it. The Geek Squad assured me that it's not a safety hazard.

It's lighter and thinner than i wait. Good properties and performance for this price. Best for this price range indeed.

Functions like a desktop with tablet convenience which makes it extremely user-friendly and of course, portable. I love the slightly bigger screen than other laptops because I use it to work from home a good deal and it is better for viewing 2 documents at once. I also love the touch-screen convenience. I've always vacillated between my Ipad and laptop depending on what I was doing and now I feel better able to go straight to the laptop for everything.

This is by far the best laptop I have owned yet. Had it over a year now and use it non stop at work and at home and not a single issue. The battery life is great!

Overall the computer has been pretty reliable with decent speed. Weve used it for a couple of months now, with no major issues. A minor issue that bugs us is that the computer does not want to go to sleep (screen stays on). Drivers have been updated and still seeing the issue. Touchscreen is nice, but not finding that we don't tend to use the touchscreen much.

I bought the device when it was on sale. For the price and the quality of the product, I am very satisfied. The build is solid and the battery life is also great. Additionally the touch screen has definite improvements over older models. An interesting feature is using the built in camera as a password. It's been unique and convenient.
