After months of using this I have to say it is a solid laptop/tablet. I use it more in its laptop form than its tablet form. The only thing I am really not liking is in tablet form I feel the keys behind it. Unlike the Surface or an iPad Pro I like the feel of a flat back when using something in a tablet form.

Replaced a 10-year-old Netbook and needed to get something at least as good as my old work laptop. This machine is sweet! Excellent HD display, smooth keyboard, and super-quick power on/off with the solid state drive. Still haven't explored all the bells and whistles, but it's been great

This laptop replaced my parents 4 year old hp. The computer is actually over powered for what they need it for which is just email, web browsing, and the occasional word doc. It's thin but they wanted a 15" so it;s not very portable to me. Overall my parents are happy with this dell.

Excellent product given today's latest next gen chip and screen resolution. Laptop does not get hot due to the solid state drive (SSD). Also the new Windows 10 takes a little while to transition from Windows 7 but iit doesn't take long. Satisfied with the Dell laptop so far.

My new laptop replaces a very old desk top dell computer that has served us for 15 years! What a difference updating makes. Windows 10 and all. I'm having fun learning all the new ways. Best purchase I've made in a long time. I can't wait to take it on vacation

Everything was seamless with computer and printer. Geeksquad was there to simplify the whole new process to a new system. When you're 60+ and you don't have the grandchildren to help they're great. We really enjoy the new lap top and printer. Thank you very much.

I walked into the store needing a laptop for a new job. Sales clerk was extremely helpful. I love this laptop. I wasn't use to windows 10. Didn't have any problems figuring things out. I have not taken advantage of the touch screen yet but seems to work great!

I bought the computer to replace a MacBook Pro that I'd had since 2009. I was nervous about changing from Apple, but it's been smooth so far. Windows 10 has proven to be user friendly. The computer itself is nice. It's built solid, and it looks great.

Bought this as my first laptop and all I can say is wow! From the point of sale great customer service. The storage is a but small but I knew that when I bought it and added an external hard drive. Boot time is excellent and so far system run flawlessly!

I have been using Dell Product for over 20 yrs . This is the first time that I am replacing my computers. This 2 in 1 computer has the memory, data storage and take of less space in my home office. I will be retiring my desktop, laptop & tablet.

Excellent laptop for commercial and personal use. The ssd brings serenity to any environment due to it's silence. Operates smoothly and Windows 10 OS is not as different from 8 as I thought it'd be. Be sure and get an external CD drive though!

We use our laptop mostly for photo storage and editing. So far we have been very pleased. The only issue we've had is the face recognition to sign in only works about half the time. Not a big deal when you just use your password to log in.

When buying I did not realize the lap top did not have a cd external drive.It is the only aspect I am not pleased about. The Dell has many features that I am still learning using windows 10. I would recommend this lap top to others.

I have had a great experience with it. This laptop has replaced my old Laptop and Desktop, so it easily surpassed them as my work computer. I've always believed Dell to be reliable and this doesn't go against that belief at all.

This computer provides my son with everything he needs to start out his first college year. The 2-1 laptop/ tablet feature allows him to do his college assignments, and the switch to theta let mode for movies and social media needs.

This is a really nice computer with a very sleek appearance. The Computer fits nicely into my backpack. The keyboard is appropriately sized and adds to the quality of this computer. You can't get a nicer computer for this price.
