This laptop was purchased for my college student who is majoring in art. The video quality and touch screen is awesome for the art student It is very easy to use and maneuver for the first computer. Very happy with it.

I needed something for basic computer stuff. No gaming or streaming. Though i didn't buy with the intention to stream it does it pretty well. It gets what I need done... well done. Windows 10 does take some getting used to.

Very fast, great value for the price point. I love using this lap top. Only area of critique is that sometimes your palm will move the mouse curser when typing. Other than that, wonderful addition to the tech family.

I like my computer, I believe selecting the item from best buy had help me to determine my best option. Also the person who help me with the item was very nice and knew about the features in this new Dell item.

this computer has worked great for me. with the minor exception of the mouse pad - pretty regularly the finger swipe functions stop working and i have to close the browser and then open it again to fix that.

The major issue is setup and learning the features. I did not feel I received adequate instruction from the sales person in the store. I would recommend the computer but not the store where I bought it.

This laptop works very well and has had no hardware issues. I use it like a desktop at home with a bigger keyboard, mouse, and large screen. Then I use it as a laptop on the road--quite versatile.

Needed a laptop for my son, you know for school homework and such. Since it's summer, he's using it for Minecraft and screen recording. All his friends want to play on it, so I guess that's a bonus.

So far, the laptop has been working very well. I have a lot to learn and there is still a lot of things I don't know about the laptop. It is user friendly and I haven't had any major problems yet.

I gave this a 4 star because of Windows 10 and it's a PC. I still prefer my Mac anytime. It looks great in the outside but I still yet have to see what it can do since we just had this for a month.

I purchased this computer and plan to dedicate its use to the completion of my Doctorate project. This computer has all the elements I needed for this project and find it a very reliable tool.

Lightweight, nice looking and powerful. This laptop has everything that I need. I've had it about a month now, and have had no problems. It boots quickly and runs all my software with ease.

Power button wrong placement outside the corner makes a Power off by mistake when I turn it or try to move the laptop position. Thinking how dell dint notice this mistake and released the laptops , the new design corrected the button leveling on the edges . What Dell answers for others who bought it earlier. The button placed or projecting out irritates at time when you move the laptop it goes Power off's .no solution from Best Buy when asked

This is definitely a good value for the money. I got this for my sister. She is not a power user by any means but she loves it and does use it in tablet mode as well as laptop mode.

Great Laptop/Tablet. I have been using it for school for over 4 months now and have not had any problems with the laptop. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new laptop.

high powered laptop that has so much flexibility you can use it for most anything; from watching movies in the tent position to using it like a tablet to full power computer.

I have gone through so many laptops in the last five years and this is literally one of the best laptops I have gotten. It is so easy to work with and definitely reliable.

it starts up fast. After I bought it, I just realized it doesn't have a CD Rom, which I assumed every lap top has but supposedly they aren't standard in most lap tops now.
