I have bought the same product but with Microsoft Signature, it wasn't good... keyboard and system crushed in 2 time of use. But this one is very stable, I like it a lot

I haven't had any problems with my laptop yet. It works wonderfully for me. It's the perfect size for me to carry from class to class, and to get my homework done on it.

I haven't had any issues with this laptop. It doesn't stall, the only thing I see is the Internet doesn't stay connected some times I have reconnect my wireless Internet.

Great personal computer for household needs. Do not use for gaming. The only thing I wish it had was a 10-key for entering numbers, but then, where would you put that!

This item was purchased as a gift for my grandson, a high school student and he is completely satisfied with it . A great help for his school work and leisure time.

Beaiuiful finish, decent price, adequate resources. My problem is Win 10. Always doing something in the background. My real disappointment is in the battery run time.

This laptop met all my reqmts. - light-wt., 15" screen, Intel, decent memory, touch-screen. And Windows 10 is SO MUCH EASIER to use than Windows 8!

Windows 10 is a whole new experience. There are a lot of programs I haven't figured out yet. I am a self-taught Senior but I am still learning!

The dell rep at the store was very helpful. Did not steer us towards dell products. Just informed us of all the features of every brand laptop.
