Geek Squad has been helpful with security issues. I have not had any issues with Windows 10. The missing Number pad might be an issue later.

My daughter is a college freshman and I knew she would need her own laptop. So I researched and found this dell was perfect for her!

Meets the minimum needs for a computer. Don't like the power cord on the left. Main issue is the keyboard is much smaller, so when I type I am constantly hitting the wrong keys. The power key and the volume key are on the right side at the front, so every time I pick up the computer I either adjust the volume or turn the computer off. This was a gift - would not be my choice if given the opportunity to pick my own.

So far my son has not started his classes but he has been using it for other things and says the lap top seems to be a good one!

Great computer overall. Believe it is the best current option (size, options, etc). Only downside has been ultra sensitive mouse.

This laptop is all i hoped it would be. I strongly suggest this in fact i am considering another one for another family member.
