I bought this for school, I was hesitant to get a Dell again because I had a horrible experience with Dell before. I am very pleased with this laptop. I love the touch screen option, and I love that I can flip it around and use it as a tablet. The size is perfect, and it is very lightweight for the size which I love. Money well spent!

I use my computer for family business... recreation, netflix, amazon etc. and some photography...It works well for me with adequate speed and space.. The touch screen feature allows me to use it as an over sized ipad.... which is especially nice when space is limited, like on airplanes.. The computer becomes no bigger than a magazine....

This laptop has exceeded my expectations and blows anything I've used previously out of the water. My main concern was speed and display with both being amazing. The build quality is also top notch and rivals with the mac book, although I like that the palm rest area is not aluminum. I have the Non-touch, i5, 256 PCIE SSD, and GB Ram

My new Dell Laptop is just what I wanted and needed. It's fast and dependable. I love the backlit keyboard and the touchscreen. The touchscreen is more sensitive than my last one, but I've gotten use to that. It took a little to get used to Windows 10, but I'm adjusting pretty well. Overall, I'm very happy with my new Dell!

Purchased a new solid state hard drive for my laptop computer. Computer was nearing end of life and seemed to be due to bad sectors on the hard drive. Trouble booting and other functions. New hard drive breathed new life. Incredibly fast and quiet. Just like new, but for a fraction of the cost of a new computer.

This laptop performs like a dream. Very affordable and has a nice build. I was able to get $150 off with my student discount, which made it $599. Couldn't be happier. It stays cool and I have yet to hear the fan come on, even after simultaneous updates and computer scan. Very happy with it. It's a keeper. Some improvements this laptop could use to make this a 5 star laptop: - a more vivid screen/higher resolution option for the 15" - an improved, larger, less cramped keyboard (yes, Dell, there is lots of space that you should be utilizing to give us a better experience and you know it) - it would be nice to have a smaller footprint/smaller screen bezel Background info on my laptop search: This is the 8th laptop I have tried in the last month from bestbuy. I tried a few of the hard drive versions of this Delll laptop from last year's design (black color). I DO NOT recommend that one. Had many problems with it. Not many options for a 2 in 1 laptop, SSD, and 15" screen. Steer clear from the new Lenovo Yoga 710 line. I went through 5 of those. No quality control on the design and it has a noisy fan that kicks on after a few web pages. If you are in the market for a 15" screen, core i5, SSD, and a 2 in 1 design that is affordable - you have to give this one a try.

I wanted the convenience of a tablet and laptop in one product. This is what you get with the Dell 2 in 1 inspiration. I have not been disappointed with the lighter weight and thinner size. It also has a longer battery life than I had in my old laptop and this is great. I'm so glad I made this purchase.

I bought this laptop for thanksgiving for around 600$ . Laptop looks classy, very fast , touch screen is awesome. 2 in 1 feature is great., and more than all the screen resolution HD is a fab. I strongly recommend this for the one's who are tech geeks, want all best features in one gadget .

Nice display and decent keyboard but lack of 10-key results in lots of blank space around the keyboard. Add this and the large bezels make for a large laptop. In the end, it was too big for me so I returned it. But performance was good. If you are comfortable with a larger laptop, it's great.

So far, I had no issues with my new touchscreen Dell laptop. It's easy to navigate, it's fast, and has great resolution and speakers. I mainly use it for school (Microsoft Office), and internet/online research & browsing. Good batter life so far, too! I highly recommend this Dell laptop.

I chose Dell based on favorable reviews in Laptop magazine. With the solid state drive and Intel Core i5 processor this machine loads very fast and allows me to quickly navigate the web, check and send e-mail and use Office 2016 applications. Very satisfied with the product.

We ended up getting this laptop for 500 dollars after the back to school coupon. Great laptop for college students, don't expect to be playing any hard hitting video games but the SSD in this thing loads everything you need in seconds. Laptop is light, feels solid.

Faster than my old one, but not as fast as I thought solid state would be. Have tried Explored, Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge and they have all crashed. Flash player crashes too. Overall happy with my choice, but software on different platforms is becoming more of an issue.

I went to the store to get an HP and the sales associate steered me to this laptop. I did a little research on the solid state drive and I'm more than happy with my purchase. It does everythinges I need and more. And dueven to the ssd it never gets hot.

I have to say that Dell makes very good laptops. I like this one. It is fast, light and nice looking. The screen is bright and large. The other thing which bothers me a little bit is the key board. It is a little bit smaller for my big fat fingers.

Very happy so far. Very fast due to the solid state drive. Has expanded flag flash drive a well. Only one complaint; the on/off switch is in a terrible position which makes it easy to accidentally shut of while repositioning the pc in your lap.

Start up is fast, first SSD, loving it. No fan, doesn't get ridiculously hot with long use. Large screen is perfect for streaming but clunky if you want to move from room to room with it. The only major downside is lack of a numeric key pad.

If you need a computer to run some heavy programs, you can buy this one. Its performance is pretty well. It works so quick, even when you have opened like 10 web tabs, word and a simulation program (like proteus, that is for electronics).

I was very nervous about buying my first laptop and going to Windows 10. I bought two laptops at Costco that I returned because they wouldn't work at all. Everyone said - go to Best Buy. Which I did half a dozen times, talking to sales staff and looking at specs and reviews. I was nervous about making a decision but had a knowledgeable sales person who helped me match my purchase criteria with this laptop. I am so very glad with the performance and reliability of this machine. I like the speed of the solid state drive and the versatility of using it as a notebook or a laptop. Sharp screen . . . very good upgrade from my old Dell desktop.

the laptop runs phenominally. It is sleek and aestetically pleasing as well as very quiet due to the SSD. I am more than impressed thus far.
