does everything I need for starting a new business

Bought this for my teen daughter and she loves it.

My old computer which had Windows 7 had issues that made it difficult to use and I needed a reliable computer. If I could have purchased a computer with Windows 7 I would have.The computer is fine I just do not like the Windows 10 operating system.

I bought this one, and actually exchange it for a Yoga 700, because the latter one has better-looking screen and much better typing experience. Other people complaint it about the noise, that occurred to me too. But for me, it is not a big issue.

The laptop and windows 10 is nice. However, we keep getting dropped when trying to open multiple webpages. Our Geek Squad agent was experienced and friendly, however I think a call to the help line will be necessary.

I have to say, I expected more from this laptop. It freezes when going from computer mode to tablet mode. Doesn't respond well to stylus. Hardly use touch screen.

I do not like the touch screen; it is very inconsistent in picking up the touch. The touch pad is very sensitive and I often hit it by mistake. Otherwise it is OK. I wish I had a separate number keyboard.

Overall, this product appears to be of high quality. The detailing put into the keyboard lighting, the screen resolution, and the look/feel of the product are great. However, the product guide book says it gets 6 hours on a charge. I haven't been able to get it to last more than 2.5 hours and the battery dies. The battery dies like this even with light use such as looking at emails and surfing the web. You don't even have to be playing movies. When watching movies I get about 1.75 hours. This is definitely something that can be improved.

A lot of nice features but dismayed that I have already lost my E drive. There are a lot of new features, beautiful colors and easy to look at screen.

This is a decent computer for doing basic stuff, although it does seem to have an abnormally long boot time.

We needed this laptop quickly to replace a stolen one. It served our needs well.

I like everything about the computer except the numbers, etc., to the right of the keyboard that are not on this style of computer. I thought I might get used to not using the" numbers, page up, page down, home, end keys" but haven't . I hoped to return and get another computer with those features but missed the "return" date. Thus out of luck

I got this laptop for my first year of college and for a little bit, I enjoyed using it. However, as time went on, the laptop started to crash consistently, and does so once a day. I don't know if my particular laptop has some sort of issue with it, but this has made my experience with this laptop a very poor one.

I like the size it is very carry-able and the screen it is very good.

Bought for school use and so far is working perfect for my needs.

Don't know how to organize files and can't find anything I want.

Just a disappointing purchase once I started using it.

Love the geeks they are very knowledgable and helpful

Battery life issues are a problem not sure why....
