Good Product, battery last longer than expected, I only have two complains. When using for a while, sometimes it makes a little sound, as if the processor is doing too much work and the cooling fan goes crazy. but it is not bad and it comes and goes. The other bad thing is that the touch screen wont work with Google Chrome (probably not the product's problem but Chrome's problem). and Mozilla FIrefox is very slow, first time that FIrefox behaves this way for me. but still I'm not sure if its the product's fault (hardware or Windows 10) or just Firefox's problem. in overall the product is really good! would buy one again.

The touchscreen option is great for productivity. Large screen delivers nice and crisp video content. SSD drive keeps computer running fast with the Intel's 6th gen processor. All-in-all a great purchase, would highly recommend.

I was downgrading from a desktop to laptop and I decided on a Dell. At first I didn't think that I was going to like the touch screen feature, but I love it. Good screen size and great battery life. Great laptop for the price.

This labtop can be Used for the office and home. The large screen is perfect for streaming your favorite shows. It has a fast processor and plenty of Ram to multitask. The hard drive is large enough to store lots of data

This 2-in-1 would have been great, but upon receipt, it had some screen bleeding. We exchanged it for the 13 inch and it's perfect for our purposes. Small and compact, a good system, and the solid state drive is great.

I have always used a desktop computer, so moving to a laptop was a big deal. I enjoy using the Dell. It's quick, easy to use and light weight. The touch screen and flexible cover, give the feeling of a ipad with power.

I was completely happy with this laptop for my grandson. He absolutely loves the touch screen option and the swivel on the laptop. The screen size he really was happy for viewing his videos and games. It had plenty of memory for his music and with the bluetooth capability made it great for all his music accounts. He had enough memory to play many of his favorite video games. He had added software to use for school as well. This was a great purchase with so many features for the great price. I have always been really happy with Dell computers and have found their laptops to be even more superior to their desktops. I was extremely happy with Best Buy customer service in answering all the questions I had before my purchase.

Works very quietly and fast. Love the solid state hard drive. Cuts out on all the noise and heat of a regular hard drive and is really quick to start up computer. Have not had any problems with this purchase.

My old laptop did not have a touch screen and overheated. Some features I am still trying to get used to, but I like the size, the touch screen, the light weight and the cool operation of my new laptop.

This computer was a gift for my mom. She owns her own business and is constantly having to run several programs at once to get work done. She has gone through many laptops before, always around this price range, and nothing has worked better for her than this laptop. She loves the screen's clarity and how clear the image is, and she loves that the screen is the perfect size to do split-screen and view multiple programs and documents at once. She also really likes how durable it seems to be. She is constantly carrying her laptop with her from home to work, work to home, to meetings outside of her office, etc. She told me that she is so impressed with the quality of this laptop.

Very sleek looking and easy to use. Customer service was great at Best Buy and Geek Squad was great also. The only thing I am disappointed in was no way to put a CD in to view or listen too.

After reading numerous reviews, both on Best Buy's site and other professional journals, I decided that this Dell model would satisfy my requirements and provide me with the reliability that I need for my travel business. After taking it home and sending it through its paces, I'm convinced that I made the correct decision. The lightning speed that goes along with a solid state hard drive has spoiled me for my remaining computers with mechanical drives. The display is gorgeous, and the trackpad is one of the few that I actually find useful.

I wasn't sure which laptop to purchase. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and was able to direct me to the perfect one. Touch screen and speed are wonderful. Glad I purchased it!

I love the computer! It is really fast. The security options are the best because it recognizes your face. You have the option of taking several different pics (in case u have glasses, or wear your hair different). At first, I only had one picture with my glasses so if I took them off, my computer wouldn't recognize me (I would have to enter another form of password to unlock). The touch screen is definitely convenient also. My only complaint is the mouse. It has given me trouble with scrolling up and down. Ill scroll down a page, and suddenly its jumping all over the place and I lose my spot on the page and have to start over. Can be frustrating.

This is the best laptop out of 4 laptops i purchased through out my life. It is very good in speed, battery life, security. And the best thing is it is very fast in booting up.

Could not be happier with my purchase. Great battery life, best looking 2 in 1 out there, strong display, and lightweight. The only weakness is the sound. Would recommend.

Bought this for my college bound son. I am so impressed with this laptop. With the back to school special and the college discount, we paid only $499 for this great laptop. The solid state drive is so fast and fires up and shuts down so quickly. The touch screen folds over to create a tablet like device, great for watching video or reading. The keyboard is quite nice also, and the backlighting very functional. The iris scan security is pretty cool also. Only small negative I see is that the keyboard is set back several inches from the edge , creating a somewhat uncomfortable wrist position when typing. I must admit I have PC envy and am keeping an eye on this model for myself. Highly recommended

The computer was easy to setup and get running out of the box. Touch screen and 360 hinges are nice options. Keyboard lights up nice when working in low light conditions.

I contacted my two tech friends and they both said that this was the best laptop for me. It is the right size and is extremely quick. I would recommend this to everyone.
