Decent laptop but very heavy, with a ridiculously small keyboard. Wish they had put in a numerical keypad with all the extra space. The only problem right off the bat has been strange black squares that cover random chunks of text when browsing the internet or checking email. If I select all, then unselect, it goes away. I am not sure if it is browser issue, a Windows 10 issue or the actual laptop, but it is very annoying and I've never seen it before anywhere.

First, I paid about $650 after tax , I'm very satisfied with the performance what I paid for but battery usage time is very short ,I'm not 100% sure is this the way suppose to be ? With battery saver mode 50% brightness could only last about 4 hrs max by using Internet explorer only , I made a test with it , this is a big difference compare with the information shown 8 hrs ? means standby hrs? As pic shows 10% battery by doing nothing standby hr is 15 mins ? Its kinna funny to me since I used iphone & Samsung phone .It is prefect with plug in I guess .

My previous laptop was a 17" Dell "workhorse" that was 9 years old. I took it in to Geek Squad hoping they could resurrect it for me. I decided to browse the laptops in preparation of the possible diagnosis of beyond repair. I came across this Dell 15.6" 2 in 1, touch screen, 8G SOLID STATE on a great sale, plus the student discount! Originally, I wanted the 17.3" screen size, but I couldn't pass up this deal. I went home, did my research, read boatloads of reviews, talked to a few different salesmen at Best Buy and concluded this Dell at this price had more features than I thought I needed, but now wouldn't want to be without! I love the backlit keyboard and the rubberized keys keep my fingers from slipping around. Also, the contrast of black keys with white letters/numbers makes it easier to see. I love the brushed metallic quality of the unit as opposed to many laptops that are cheap, flimsy plastic. This is solid. The screen graphics are beautiful and it boots up super fast! It is quiet and never gets hot thanks to the solid state drive. I went from Vista to Windows 10 and there is a learning curve, but I don't understand why so many people complain and make a fuss about it as it's really not that difficult. There is too much space between the front edge of the laptop and where the keyboard starts, there isn't a numeric pad, and I wish there was a CD/DVD drive. Apparently, these are becoming obsolete in laptops. My only other grievance is that sometimes the cursor jumps around from where I want it to be. Would I recommend this? Yes! My son will purchase one as soon as I see a good sale price on it again. I hope this will last as long as my other 9 year old Dell, which, by the way, was repaired and is still working :)

I bought this for work and so far it's been a great computer. It's fast, reliable, and very lightweight.

It's been years since I've had my own computer! And this one is beautiful and easy to use! Thin and sleek, large screen (like I wanted!), and feels good to type on, as it's both a touch screen and keyboard. After ten years of large desktop computers, then about 8 years of using a tablet and smart phone, I just felt I wanted to get back to the computer again. This was the perfect one for me! A 2-in-1 is a great concept!

Its hard to figure out windows 10! But fast and awesome computer and love the touch screen!

The computer works great how you want! Love the fact that I can switch between laptop and tablet mode. Because the keyboard doesn't detach I don't need a kickstand which is an issue I had with my last combo. The touchscreen is also really nice but sometimes the mouse does disappear when I use the mousepad which is innconvient. Overall I would recommend for someone who needs it for everyday use!

Lots of features that are much better than my old DELL Inspiron. Most important that it loads up WAY faster than laptops with standard hard drives with its Solid State Drive. Also the lighted keyboard allows use in very low light conditions. Also the touch screen makes it operate like a VERY large tablet !

I love my new computer. Went in to best buy just to look at all the computers. I was not set on buying one. I talk to Shawn from the warehouse and he asked me about what I would use the computer for mostly. I just bought a gopro last year and haven't been able to use it much so he told me dell is the best with pics and videos and now I have an amazing new laptop top 2 in 1. I love it

I havent had it long enough to leave a great review but i can tell you so far this laptop is pretty good. I am happy with the performance but the display on some applications like itunes is horrible. it might just be a software issue. also the touch screen feature is pretty useless unless you want to scroll down. the graphics when you zoom is kinda bad. The speakers are pretty good.

Modern look, solid state drive is very fast and windows 10 is user friendly

Good, certainly not the best. Great speed, decent screen. Had to get my first one replaced as it kept getting unexpected_store_exception every 2 days, and also audio jack stopped working. Keys not that strong, the longer ones sometimes come out loose. Use it as much as possible in the first 2 weeks to check if everything's fine, and get a replacement if necessary.

I love this laptop. Its fast and easy to use. Fits my needs perfectly!
