After researching computers I went to Best Buy and had discussion with one of your employees who was well versed in what I was looing for. I was pleased with his service and knowledge.

The sales staff at Best Buy were friendly, professional and competent helping me to chose the right laptop for me. This laptop has more functions than I need but is great and the price was right!
