Repeated efforts failed trying to connect to an existing gmail account. Finally took it to Best Buy who used standard install instructions. Microsoft interface didn't work.

It works great and all but last couple of days I notice the the speaker will have a static sound for a while then it’ll go away. It wouldn’t happen all the time just once in awhile.
