Works great for the price

It has been a great upgrade compare to my old one this on has Dual Band for WiFi connectivity a plus for me.. Thank you Dell

Good Laptop

The only issue is the touch screen stopped working but I updated the OS and installed the new Dell drivers and it has worked since. Over all it is a good middle of the road laptop

My daughter loves it

The salesman in the store was excellent and helped her pick out exactly what she needed. She's been incredibly happy with this laptop. She uses it for school work, netflix, videos, and basic internet use. No issues!

Good quality laptop

Aside from getting everything set-up (we were confused about what the Geek Squad offered), everything has worked well! Battery life-good. Graphics, colors and sounds-good. Weight of laptop seems heavier than most though. We really like the SSD. It is good for a humid climate, which it is where we live.
