    First non mac laptop. Love it so far. Simple, works fine. I got it open box. The face unlock doesnt work i. The dark. And the screen isnt as bright as i hoped.

    I was in the market for a new computer for schools. I like This one a lot. The only down side is that the battery doesn’t last long if not in power save mode.

    I bought this after being told it was a great product by Best Buy staff. It was mainly bought to do school papers on and worked well for a week ,although I did miss the numeric key pad. Then on morning Igot up and got a blank screen. All of the papers I had written in the last week were lost and had to be re written. Geek squad could not tell why this happened ,just that the SSD was totally blank. This was my first and last Dell laptop. I exchanged for a less expensive HP that work much better

    Bought on Black Friday. Only downside was it shipped with Win10 2017. Took an entire day of updating & rebooting to install all patches.
